Food was great....services was terrible! We told the girl we want to make our sandwiches a meal so we would have got two sandwiches, two drinks, two chips. I told her twice. She told us the price was 16.93 we paid then we asked for our drinks she said you didn't get drinks so we said we wanted to make it a meal so she comes back to the counter and said two drinks and we said chips she said the chips come with the sandwiches then she said do u want potato salad we said sure. That came to 9.50 we were like what. So we figured it out instead of charging us 2.99 to make it a meal she charged us for each individual thing. Then a lady comes in and no one was around she yells hello two or three time and finally the girl comes out with another girl and said we have cameras so we can see u. Services is a part of good business this place would have five stars if it had better help! Not a good...

Do NOT order your ham online for delivery to your home it is such a rip off. When you order online for pickup in store it estimates for a bone in quarter ham a 4lb- 4.99lb to roughly be $56.21 serves up to 6. Or a 5lb-5.99lb to roughly be $68.70 serves up to 7. When you place your order online it doesn't specify a weight but says serves up to 6 so I would assume it to be between 4 to 4.99lb. I got my ham today and it weighs 3.8lbs FOR $80 ARE YOUR SERIOUS! I call corporate and they tell me there's nothing they can do, can't transfer me to a supervisor that I have to go online and fill out a contact us section on there page which I did. But I called the store to get a price estimate and they told me a 4lb ham would have cost my roughly $50 and I got charged $80 not including the shipping for a 3.8lb ham. Ridiculous I've been coming to honey baked ham for over 30 years, this is just...

I ordered through the doordash app. I ordered 2 Tavern club sandwiches on the croissant, add pickles to one of them. They were both made incorrectly. Neither of them came on the croissant and neither of them had pickles. Very disappointing. The sandwich was still good, just not how I ordered it. It seems like every time I order for delivery, something comes wrong. Last time I ordered potato salad and instead they gave me chips....this time they were on the wrong bread and didn't have pickles. When I spend over $13 for a sandwich not including tax, delivery, and tip.... ordering thru a delivery service....I want my food to come correctly. It's not like I can go up there to get it corrected as I'm at work....which is the purpose for having...
