Based off service alone, this location needs gods help. The people in this area have had enough to the point where it’s finally starting to spread online, and that’s what drove me to finally leave a review. I live just around the corner but work from home, I use DoorDash a lot, and for whatever reason this location doesn’t accept Breakfast orders via DoorDash, it always has to be placed at the Plainfield location and that costs me more money. On top of that, I can’t order Nachos BelGrande from the Taco Bell app for this location, BUT I can order it from DoorDash🤣 The Taco Bell app cannot find my location/address, but DoorDash can. It’s a mess unlike anything i’ve seen since the local chipotle fiasco from last year. If I go there in person i’m sitting in the drive thru for a while. It’s almost like every time a car pulls up to the window, that’s the only time any of the employees are allowed to start making the food. I wish I could leave good reviews and I wish that the owner of this establishment actually did something about it because you can see reviews, and you have all the data to quickly see there’s a problem at this location. I don’t know why it’s so difficult being in one of the hottest spots but here we are. Constantly struggling. Listen, I just want my breakfast orders enabled through DoorDash again, and I want Nachos BelGrande available at this location for mobile order again. I know you’re reading this review, so make it happen. Photo included post review to PROVE how bad it is, and there ya have it. Even DoorDashers will say it.

I travel all over Michigan and multiple states. I ALWAYS eat at Taco Bell when on the road.... OK, I cheat on Taco Bell with KFC sometimes, but please forgive me, Taco Bell. Technically, they are both owned by Yum Foods. I am currently a little above 16,000 points and have experienced many different locations. I can say without a doubt that this location is the best Taco Bell that I've ever been to. They are usually upbeat and very positive, and when they aren't, well, we are all human, and every day isn't rainbows and sunshine. That's just reality. My order is almost always correct, and the few times it wasn't the Taco Artist recognized it. The Taco Artist brought me my food and apologized. That's called accountability, kids. Learn this, and you will go far in life. Mistakes are a good thing. It's how we learn. This location can get very busy, and sometimes it is hard for the Taco Artists to keep up, so please be patient with them. I literally see them doing their best every time I am here. Thank you for the positive experiences here. The gentleman and ladies that work here should be very proud of their efforts. I appreciate you. I have attached a picture of a sticker I recently purchased off Etsy in support of our Taco Bell employees. I also took a pic of the business card for the individual's company that sold it to me. "Thin dew line, Support Taco Bell employees." Thanks again for the yummy for my tummy tacos. Your effort is appreciated! Also, Taco Cat backwards is Taco Cat

They don't give you what you order. Mexican pizza is not what it looks like on the menu. You will always be missing things from your order. Ask for extra sour cream and you will pay for it, but won't get it. Doritos tacos suck there's no seasoning on them anymore and they're soggy and cracked. Their freeze machine literally never works, I always ask and not once has it worked. Nachos bellagrande is pure beans and you will end up with a bunch of soggy plain chips at the end because they skimp on toppings. The food looks like dog food and sometimes tastes like it (I'd imagine). If you ask for steak anything they will give you regular beef, I can confirm Luis's review. Everytime I ordered a steak cheese burrito they would give me regular beef... Went to another taco bell to test and the other one did give me actually steak pieces. Plus they don't always give you napkins. Sometimes the pop is so bad it's unbelievable, it tastes like chemicals, I don't even get pop anymore.

5-22 Typical poor experience here. Arrived 8 minutes after placing my order in the app. Older lady at the register asked me if I was picking up or needed to place an order. I told her I placed it in the app 8m ago and gave her the name. As the dining room has only 1 other customer she turned to the dining prep line in the kitchen and asked if they were working on my order. They IGNORED her and I waited another 5 minutes for my order. It's a shame that Google doesn't allow negative stars on their reviews. Because this and most of the other local Taco bells would be like negative 10,000 stars by now.

11-13-24 All new low. Was hungry so I stopped in for lunch with a friend. I normally prefer ordering at the kiosk but for some reason the Spicy potato taco wasn't on the kiosk even though it's on the menu board. The older woman taking orders was TERRIBLE and she has been working there forever. It took almost 5 minutes to place my order as she had to get help locating almost every item on the register. And then we waited 10 minutes for our food. I watched the person preparing it and he only prepared one item at a time referring to the screen multiple times for each item. And he still messed up the potato tacos and had to remake them. No such thing as fast food anymore. And for some reason there were 3 managers for the 5 staff I could see and none of them were helping out during the busy lunch.

I didn't think any Taco Bell could take away the crown of being the worst Taco Bell from Jenison. But tonight this one surpassed them by a mile. As delivery driver speed is essential. Yet here I waited 20 minutes for an order plus the time it took me to reach the restaurant. And while waiting I saw employees standing around chit-chatting. As well as a dozen orders go out the drive thru. Which is interesting as only four cars fit between the speaker and the window. So how could their orders have been made before my delivery order. Another gentleman had been there 5 minutes before me to pick up an online order. And then I hear the woman putting stuff in bags commenting "I love how they always say that they've been waiting forever." And the reason why I say that is because you're useless at your job! If you don't want to hear people complain about how slow you are here's a thought, go faster. Or find a job where being extremely slow isn't important. This restaurant takes the fast out of food and turns it into you might as well sit down for an hour and wait to...

Let me put here first: We live in Wyoming. And typically attend the Jenison and 44th street locations, on a relatively normal basis.

We were on Alpine running some errands. And decided to stop for Taco Bell. The Alpine location was fairly steady through Drive-Thru when we arrived, but really started slamming after we placed our order. We’re a family of 5, so our orders are typically, $50-$60. On more than one occasion, Jenison and 44th street have missed almost half of our order at once in the evening. Too busy rushing us off of their timer and being rude all at once. So, prematurely, we kind of just expected the same thing at the Alpine location.

However, we were VERY surprised and impressed with the quality of our food and every item being accounted for. Not to mention, it came out in a timely manner, considering there was one guy on the front counter line at the time. (I’m assuming jumping back and forth helping Drive-Thru and FC), our wait in total was probably 5-7 mins for lobby. Which again, for a $50 order and 5 people, I consider to be a timely manner compared to past orders and experiences at aforementioned alternative locations.

We walked out completely satisfied, content, and happy. It was absolutely A1 food! The servings sizes and portions (I used to work at Taco Bell) were 100%, making the items as full and satisfactory as they’re SUPPOSED TO BE!

If this location weren’t 20-25 mins away from us, it would be our new home location.

When I went up to the counter to compliment them, the lady I talked to was friendly, energetic and upbeat! And her response was “we definitely have a good night crew”, which is a statement you don’t typically hear too often about night crews. Because it’s usually the toughest and hardest shift. But you could tell she was genuinely happy to hear the compliment on the crew and night shift!

Honestly. I just HAD to leave a raving review. Because it’s very rare that we walk out of a Taco Bell FULLY satisfied.

Thank you Alpine location for giving us the genuine experience of what Taco Bell is supposed to be!

I only wish I would have taken some photos to further prove why this location is deserving of...

In this life they say "you get what you pay for". This adage perhaps is never more true than it is when one is speaking of this location. After a long and hard day at work I ordered what I thought would be a fast and mildly satisfying meal. Once I placed my order on the app I didn't receive it until almost twenty minutes AFTER it was supposed to be ready. What's more, despite having a designated pickup area that's not where I received my order. Instead, the associate just brought the order out from the back and called out my name. Walking into the dining room was akin to walking into the middle of a train wreck. NOBODY was working at the front counter. Associates kept circulating from the kitchen to outside of the restaurant and back. It seemed as though nobody was really running things. The other associates were running around haphazardly seemingly without any clear direction. Even as the dining room continued to fill with customers none of the associates acknowledged even one of them. When I did receive my order the associate immediately walked away before ensuring that my order was in fact correct. As it turned out, the beverage I ordered had to be filled behind the counter and she had just given me an empty cup. I had to wait another five to ten minutes before I could get her attention and make her aware of the error. After attempting to put my straw into the drink more than half of it sprayed out of the cup because it wasn't filled properly. Wanting desperately to get away from the chaos I left the restaurant. It wasn't until after I arrived home that I discovered my order had been placed into the bag UPSIDE DOWN. Removing the box of food from the bag led to it all spilling out. Once it had covered the bottom of the bag it was then no longer consumable. I was forced to throw it and the money I spent on it away as well. I certainly was not expecting much. However, I was expecting much more than this. Disappointment is not a near strong enough word to describe my feelings in this...
