The staff here the day I went were VERY sweet!! Yes there prices are GREAT!!! However that is not my issue. Long story short....I am BRAND NEW to the cricut world, I went the this story by referral of a friend. I was asking a lot of questions about “VINYL” paper an bought keychains an a cup long with a number of sheet for “VINYL” for projects. No one bothered to extend the courtesy to inform me all the sheets I was choosing was heat transfer sheets for making shirts with a easy press and yes I probably should have been specific I’m my vinyl sheet questions. I work in customer service and if I had a customer asking a lot of questions about VINYL sheets for projects long with buying items to use with vinyl “sticky” sheets BUT the customer is picking up sheets that are not correct for the desired project I believe I was let them know before they spend almost 80.00 on paper that they can’t use. Morale of this story please make sure you know EXACTLY what you are buying because this story does not inform you. The shelves are NOT labeled either. The only label on the shelves is the color name and price. An this store does not do returns...

I’ve never had a bad experience while visiting here. I referred a young lady that was new to Ga. To loves vinyl she was excited about coming to your store. When she arrived the clerk that was there was very rude. I’m thinking maybe she went to another place. She called me to ask question about what she needed, the lady Shawn was very rude(much to my surprise) I then tried explaining to her, what she needed she was very rude and her answers were I don’t know and it’s up to you. I then explained to the customer what to do to make sure the lettering being cut would be right.i apologized to the lady I sent over and explained I don’t know what was going on and I stated I’ve never had a bad experience. I visited Love Leo Vinyl and Apparel today for the 1st time! Just like my friends told me...My mouth would drop. It did! I was so thankful and grateful to find everything I needed for my current project, plus puff vinyl for me to try for the 1st time too! I was so excited, I had to stop looking around to focus on this initial trip. My biggest takeaway was, I went in looking for 2 colors in t-shirts and both with multiple sizes. Compared to other stores I visited beforehand... Love Leo Vinyl and Apparel had all my desired sizes (Sm-3X) and the colors were identical and not faded. Plus, they had the t-shirt bags I needed too.
