That would be yesterday Saturday 1-19-19 approximately 6:45 pm.

Well unfortunately I need to update.

On christmas eve we ordered delivery and they said it would take about 1 hour because they were very busy. Hour later i called they said sorry it would be another 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later I called and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later I called and they said they were very sorry and it would be another 45 minutes. At that point I thought they were ripping us off and left it for the night. It ended up taking 4 hours and arrived at about 10:30 pm when we were going to bed (hungry, as we thought we were waiting for food lol) they apologised profusely and had a box of ferrero roche they gave us with the meal and said that they would comp our next meal. Wow thank you for understanding. NOT. So I just ordered and the lady literally laughed me off the phone and told me no, thank you, bye bye. No no thank you. Bye bye. I explained very carefully what happened and she laughed me off the phone.. How pathetic last time we order from here. Usually end up ordering $50 of food about once a month but I guess our business is not appreciated. Changing 5 star to 1 star for completely rude jerk attitude on the phone. Why the heck did they would make it up to us if they had no intention of doing so? Seriously just add insult to the mess. The mess we could understand.

My boyfriend and I just went there for dinner last night. We were in the mood for Chinese food, so we were happy to see that Canton Phoenix was close by. When we got there, the place was empty aside from the employees. It was a Monday and the restaurant was a little out of the way from regular traffic, so we didn't think much of it. Our waiter said that the restaurant had been there for a little over a year, and that she had just acquired her position. We both ordered the #5 Dinner Combo platter, but substituted out the choice of Chow or Lo Mein for Sesame Beef. I had also ordered a Thai Iced Tea, which came out promptly, and it was tasty. Unfortunately, when our food came, the beef was very tough and not very flavorful. The egg roll was way overdone and soggy in the middle. I finished the Sweet & Sour Chicken, but it wasn't very appetizing. More sustenance than anything else. I have taken the rest home (pork fried rice and fried shrimp), but I'm not hopeful that sitting in my fridge will make it taste any better. Overall, pretty disappointed with our experience, as it was very Americanized Chinese food--bland, tasteless, and overdone. Canton Phoenix needs to up its game before...

IM incrediblly Stunned! Ther Hao a pretty little bright Chinese Lighting Canton Phoenix outsider 1 noticed the place and sat myself for a booth because it really crowded. They had a buffet and Expensive pallets I Choo to sit Ther in dark corner ,Ther menu holds more than just traditional Chinese so like you can get the Thai tea or specialty cheese cake .Ther soup started at $190- a c a But its really 8.79- for a medium bowl which was half the size of the wanton soup you can get at the golden crown.the wanton werr under cooked and raw. I spent a fortune in Ther unfriendly gaming room Nd!WHY! which I was treated like a scammer. I explained to Ther waitress .I put 10$ in the books she had written to my booth and I was leaving when she insisted I pay ten more dollars to the pho .I m an honestly loyal person.When i m being treated like a dummy .I'm pretty sure I'm right!duh!
