When I arrive arrived at Lyjendajay. We made our way to the front turquoise door to find the lockbox had the code still been left entered. All the gates, were left opened, and unlocked. Making me feel unsafe, and uncomfortable. There was a door that had metal bars which was also left wide open, and unlocked. No surprise when I find the actual blue turquoise front door that leads into the home unlocked, but not open. I did not take a step in but just cracking it open, and poking my head in I could see that the house was not cleaned yet. And with only 45 minutes until check in. I worried that Lyjendajay home would get cleaned in time for my family, and I to check-in. I immediately close the door, and pick up my phone to call Hill Country Premier Lodging to let them know we had arrived, and with only less than a hour until check the questions were if the house going to be cleaned in time for my family, and I to check-in? There was no property manager or housekeeper on the Lyjendajay property home cleaning the Lyjendajay home when I arrived. I quickly called Hill Country Premier Lodging. I am greeted over the Phone by a lady named Jacklyn of Hill Country Premier Lodging. I let her know of my concern, and she said she would get in touch with the housekeeper, and call me back with more information about where the housekeepers were at. I never heard back from Jacklyn. Come 3:25pm and the housekeeper come speeding up the road, and park in the driveway. Was Lyjendajay home going to be ready in time for my family, and I to check-in. 4:05pm and the Lyjendajay housekeeper comes out of the property to say that they are done. They depart from the property, and we go in to check Lyjendajay home to see what was done to the property. What we first come across is that the floors had not been swept nor mopped. There was dog hair, food regiments under the bar stools. The kitchen sink was wet, and looked to not be cleaned. There were remains of food inside the dishwasher. It only get worse, and I open the ice maker was not in good condition nor was it working. It had a large amount of mold inside of it. The coffee maker pot was dirty. Several of the bedsheets had stains and dog hair on them. The glass nightstand table in the main bedroom was not cleaned. The entertainment center were the cable box and dvd are placed was dusty. A couple bath towels had stains on them. The barstool seats were still dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned nor disinfected. The main bedroom fan had a large amount of dust on it. The toaster oven was not cleaned and still had food crumbs left in it. I have several pictures to prove these things and I still am in complete disbelief about it. The worst of it all is that there was small pube like hairs or facial hair left in the bathtub. Once after that I began to take pictures of all the things weren’t cleaned, and was found. I soon messaged Hill Country Premier Lodging of the concern, and matter. Wondering if someone would be able to come and resolve the issue, and would be able to speak about my concerns. After a few hours of waiting for a response from Hill Country Premier Lodging. I made the decision to go to the grocery store to purchase cleaning supplies and go clean Lyjendajay house before I unload our stuff from the car. I still have not heard from Hill Country Premier Lodging. Not an email, message, or phone call. Hillcountry Premier lodging do not uphold to the 3 principles. They do not offer quality vacation homes. Home are not be ensured that they are maintained and a manner that exceeds guest expectations.I would not trust HCPL that their vacation rental property is being properly monitored and managed to maximize value. Nor would I recommend that anybody allow for their home to be managed by this company. The people that make up an organization don’t uphold to what there website states.

The house is nice, but when we arrived the cleaning person was still cleaning. Which isn’t a big deal considering she was by herself. We waited until she was finished. The second day is when the AC in the house broke. We had just gotten back from the lake and it was 85 Degrees on the 2nd floor and 90 Degrees on the top floor where the master is. We immediately called Premiere. We received a phone call a few hours later stating the tech could not fix the AC and parts had to be ordered. Premiere gave us 2 options 1) leave now and be refunded the remaining 5 days or 2) wait for a tech to come back and fix the unit. We asked what could be done in the meantime to help keep us comfortable but were told to get some fans. We opted to stay since we were supposed to stay for a week and this was only our second day. We then went to Walmart and purchased 2 portable AC’s which cost us over a grand. Premiere states they would be in contact with us in the morning and a tech would be out then. That night was brutal on the 3rd floor even with a portable AC. The 3rd day we called around 8:30 am to get an update on our situation. Dakota was useless in this pursuit and stated she was in contact with the homeowner. We explained to her that we had to purchase portable AC units to try to keep our family comfortable, considering it was 110 Degrees outside. She said there would be compensation but said it wouldn’t be as much as we had spent on the AC units. We asked when the tech would be out and she said that evening. The homeowner called us that afternoon and stated he had rented the home next door for the night since the tech would not be able to come that day. The home next door did not accept dogs so we had to leave my 19 y/o with with the other kids/dogs at the canary house. We put the other portable AC in one of the other rooms upstairs so they would be more comfortable while my wife and I went next door for the evening. The 4th day we decided to get up and get out of the house since it was so hot. The homeowner called mid morning and stated a tech would be out between 6-8 pm. The tech arrived that evening and replaced what was said to have been broken, but it still didn’t work. The first tech that came out wired the board backwards and it blew a fuse. I helped the tech troubleshoot and after 4hrs we finally got the AC to start working. It was after 9 pm when the AC began to start working again. After nearly 3 days with no AC we got some relief. The homeowner nor Premiere contacted us to see how we were doing. In all it seems Premiere values money over customers. We were not compensated nor did we get the feeling they even cared that we were in a home with no AC in the middle of summer. We ended up leaving a day early and do not plan on ever booking with Premiere again.

Three Sisters Casitas are attractive and comfortable, but they use the worst property management company I have ever encountered. HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING does the booking and maintenance. When my daughter and I checked into Three Sisters Casita Three, on the night of Feb 29, it had not been cleaned. Soiled towels and bedding were in piles and bathroom was unclean (see pics). I called the office number of HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING, they gave me the code to a new room - Casita One. The representative said Casita One was in a building made of cobblestones, so we looked around for it. After walking all over the grounds in the dark (very little lighting on the property) we only found Casitas Two and Three, the owner's home, and one other building under construction. Casita One was nowhere to be found. I called the office again, but the agent was not familiar with the actual property and did not have a map of where each Casita was located. We wandered 20 more minutes with no luck. Walking back to where we parked, we noticed a dark doorway on the other side of Casita Two. My cell phone light revealed it was Casita One. IN THE SAME BUILDING AS CASITA TWO, just on the OPPOSITE side!! If the agent at the office had a property map, she could have saved us a wasted half hour and a lot of frustration. When we got into Casita One, there was a list of rules. "We have provided you with starter amounts of toilet paper and paper towels. If you need more, there are shops in town." There was ONLY ONE AND A HALF ROLLS OF TOILET PAPER for two people for two nights, that’s all!! For $150 plus per night, this was no cheap stay. I expected a call, text, or email from HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING to apologize for the dirty room and difficulty finding Casita One, but I heard nothing from them. On March 4, I called HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING, and left a message about the things that went wrong. No one returned my call. On March 5, I called again and had a polite exchange with Dakota, who apologized and asked me to email her a recap of my complaints, which I did. She promised a manager would call me within two weeks. My daughter sent a second email with photos of the dirty laundry and bedding in Casita Three, which had not been cleaned. Neither of us got any response. No one from HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING cared about us as guests or ever called, texted, or emailed. NO APOLOGY from the management or offer to do something about our bad experience. We are extremely dissatisfied with the stay and the customer service. Due to the lack of professionalism by HILL COUNTRY PREMIERE LODGING, who manages over 300 properties in the Hill Country, I strongly advise against staying at their properties. Look elsewhere.

I am not one to openly bash an experience, but I feel that I must this time in order to warn people against the terrible experience that we had over our Christmas getaway with Hill Country Premier Lodging.

My wife and I booked three nights ($1,050) at what we through was a great house with a great view through their website, we had no problems skipping AirB&B because this company looked like they had a great reputation.

We arrived at this stay late at night so we didn’t really do much looking around, we just went straight to sleep. Upon waking up the next morning to make breakfast, we found these issues:

•Food and MOLD on literally, every (and I mean EVERY) single dish.

•Dust on all of the countertops.

•The oven screen completely broken and pushed in.

•The oven vent was broken.

•A dirty pool and hot tub.

•Garbage literally just lying around the ground in the open outside around the pool.

•Pool gear just lying around all over the ground in the pool building.

•The outdated TV (that only played DVD’s didn’t turn on at all.

•Half of the lights didn’t work at all.

•None of the door locks worked and we were expected to keep the sliding doors closed with broom handles.

•Electrical outlets without covers.

•Entire sections of trim missing.

•Open bug traps and ROACHES crawling around the unit.

And then, after opting to go out for breakfast, we returned and found even more issue when we went to take a shower and make the bed:

•The bathroom sink didn’t drain properly.

•The hot water only works maybe, 20% of the time, and then it shuts off again.

•And then we found that underneath the pillow cases the pillows were DISGUSTING, discolored, and STAINED!

Also, after showering we went downstairs to find that the shower gray water LEAKS through the floor of the second story, down onto the kitchen counter and on the dishes.

Upon further inspection there was obviously old mold and water marks on the ceiling so this is an issue that has been going on for some time.

After all of these issues, I called Hill Country Premier Lodging, informed them of these issues, and asked them if they had another place for us to stay since we felt uncomfortable and gross, and they said that they did not, but that we are more than welcome to leave, and then they would refund us for the two nights that we did not stay, which would have been well over $500.

So that is exactly what we did, we found another stay in Fredericksburg and made a clear note with them that we did not stay there for the final two nights of our reservation.

And after giving us the run around for 4 days, they finally gave as a call saying that they would ONLY refund us for ONE of the nights that we didn’t stay, and when I asked them why, all they would say was “that is the decision that we have made, and we’re sorry if that isn’t the outcome that you wanted”

To which I told them that if that is the case, then I would have to report them to the health department and leave them a bad review, and they said that “if you do anything to leave a negative view on our company, then the one night refund will be off the table.”

To which I said for them to keep their refund because I would hate for someone else to experience the same situation as we did.

And it even gets better, when I left their listing on their website and went to their Google page, I saw why this place somehow had great reviews, a ton of the reviews on Google said that they had a similar experience, but the company would DELETE the negative reviews attached to the stay, which is just insanely wrong.

Do not stay with Hill Country Premier Lodging, they do not care about their guests in any way...

DO NOT USE- Hill Country Premier Lodging. Statement on their website is false “Provide the opportunity to create treasured memories for guests by offering quality vacation homes and ensuring the vacation homes are maintained in a manner that exceeds guest expectations.” More than anything their customer service is sub-par and they really do not have their guests’ best interest in mind. I booked a weekend away for my wife and I. The accommodations were okay, nothing special….please see list of complaints below. We arrived and stayed our first night, but could not stay for the second night due to sleeping accommodations. When I phoned them the next morning before their 10am checkout time and let them know we would not be staying the second night due to uncomfortable sleeping accommodations I was instructed to call back Monday morning to discuss a reimbursement for the second night. When I called in and explained that I have a C5/C6 in my right shoulder and neck that create serious amounts of pain I was given the run around and told they would reach back to me. I received a phone call and email not long after. I reached back and spoke with a lady who told me they were going to have to put someone in the bed to see what it feels like. Put someone in the bed? Weird, but okay I follow. I then received a call stating that the owner of the cabin purchased the mattress less than a year prior to our stay and the over firmness was done on purpose so no refund would be issued for the second night. $167 is not the issue the fact that we booked to have a relaxing weekend away and could not achieve that due to the mattress was the issue. The way I was being treated and the run around received did not match their company goals outlined on their website. I was merely requesting Hill Country Premier Lodging to extend a courtesy to guests that did not have the experience desired. Shame on them for misrepresenting their business and taking advantage of consumers. That is not good business and does not warrant a good review or word of mouth. -Uncomfortable Bed and Pillows/Neither wife not I could sleep. She likes a firmer mattress and I like the softer. This mattress was like sleeping on bricks and there was no additional option other than the floor…NO THANK YOU. We both tossed and turned through out the night and ended up cutting our weekend getaway short so we could be refreshed for our work week. Originally that was the plan when we booked, take a weekend away to relax and get back to kids and work refreshed and recharged. -Cabin floor slanted. The whole floor of the cabin leaned to the right slightly which was uncomfortable to walk on -Hot tub. No instructions on how to use the hot tub operating panel. When we tried to fill the tub the water that was being pumped in smelled horrible, like musty pond water. The operating panel turned on, but the hot tub never heated up. Left on over night and no change in the temp of the ¼ filled hot tub. -Customer Service. Never received the service they try achieve or at least present in words on their website. After no reimbursement issued I was instructed to contact a company they contract with to help bring them business. That company is located in the Netherlands…..come on Hill Country Premier Lodging…you couldn’t use a company in the good old USA to bring you business. What a shame. Please for your next guests that fall into your trap…….just take care of them it’s not...
