I went on holiday, deep in the heart of Texas, and found myself passing through Wimberley. I’ve recently developed an interest in my garden scene, so I stopped by this garden center. The staff greeted me promptly and offered assistance. I just wanted to browse and get some ideas for my own home. I think I spoke with the owner, Matt. He was very knowledgeable and discussed some ideas for my very shaded front yard in North Carolina. Matt offered some great suggestions for my unique scenario, and I could sense his strong passion. I want to share how incredible Pearlie and her garden team are at Wimberley Gardens. I wanted to get something very special for my mother-in-law because her sweet cat just passed, and was not able to make it to the shop before five. Pearlie was able to find the absolute perfect remembrance plant and I am so grateful for her doing all of those extra things to make sure that my mother-in-law had the most beautiful gift. She went above and beyond, picking out the plant, taking my card over the phone and then setting it aside somewhere where I could pick it up after hours. Last year fall 2022, would have given this business 4 stars. However the honey moon is over an from heroes to zeros because of fool-aid give at time of purchase by staff care for customers. I bought 6 fruit trees from this place. In the same week I bought 4 more fruit trees from a nursery in Castroville, TX. In all I prepared all trees in 50 gal pots. Following tree plant instructions and covered up in winter.

So along comes spring 2023 of 10 trees, all fruit trees 9 blooming 1 from wimberly TX didn't. This place wouldn't talk of discount or exchange. No you're out of money with a bad tree. That's the customer service you will receive if any problems. Not buying anything else...
