A Wimberley staple! The consistency has lasted for literally 20+ years. My favorite is the Barts Blue and Glue. The all natural/organic flavors are really good. My absolute favorite is the 100% fruit + fruit juice smoothies. Nothing else, nothing premade, no additives, no ice … just straight goodness. best smoothie in town. This business also frequently supports the local community by being a part of many events and fundraisers. 10 out of 10. Also heard they are expanding soon! OH and it is SHAVED ICE not that crunchy roadside snow...

Just like Hawai’i!! I fell in love with the smooth shave ice when I lived in HI; this place is perfection! Wide flavor selection (including natural flavors), finely shaved melt-in-your-mouth ice, and they offer an ice cream scoop or a splash of cream like HI too!! They don't pack the ice inside the cup only the top cone part, so when I got it, it was more like a medium instead of the large I ordered. Then when I got back to my truck, immediately after receiving my shaved ice, it was all liquid.... Very disappointing..... It could be so much better if they weren't stingy on the ice and taught how to make them right. 2 times I went and exact same thing. No more...
