Burger King — Restaurant in Winston-Salem

The Burger King I visited on December 4th 2018 is located on Hanes Mall Blvd in Winston Salem, NC. I had an overwhelming craving for some onion rings. Since I was directly across the street from one of the few Burger Kings left open in Winston Salem, NC. My bus wasn't due for another 10 or 15 minutes. I walked across the street to purchase some onion rings. When it was my turn to place my order to my surprise the cashier informed me that they we're out of onion rings. I turned and walk out. I stood wondering what else I might want to eat. I decided that I was going to order some chicken nuggets 10 for $1. I waited in line patiently once again I received that familiar response, "we're out of chicken nuggets too". I left the store and didn't return. I said to myself, damn that's probably why all the stores are closing. I used to eat a whopper with cheese combo at least 2-4 times a week. This visit reminded me of one of the reasons I had stop going to Burger King. What really made me make the decision to leave the store and not return was the treatment from the cashier. As the cashier told me they were out of the items I asked for she turned her back on me and proceeded to wipe down the drink machine. With service like that and the fact that they were out of more than one item I don't think I'll be returning to any Burger King...

My wife and I ate here and we both enjoyed our meal! Everything was hot and fresh. Our only minor complaint was that our burgers seemed a little thrown together, meaning the toppings were a little messy but hey, for BK at 4pm? It was on point.

I went inside for pick up since I did a mobile order and right after the rep finished with the other customer in line, she asked my name (I think she even said it) and bagged my order. Handed me my meal with a smile and when I asked for condiments, she got them, asked if it was enough, and gave me another smile.

The restaurant seemed clean from what I could tell although i didn’t eat there.

BK has always been a favorite of mine but I stopped eating at their restaurants for awhile due to poor quality and just trying to make healthier choices. But my experience here put a smile on my face and made me glad that BK is still around. I’m looking forward to...

I drove through the drive thru today and ordered a sandwich without ketchup only to get only ketchup. No big deal, the ticket read -ketchup and they misread the order. I went back into the store, and spoke to a young lady at the counter who told the manager on duty, Deb, who came up to me. I said to her that the ticket was right, and she said to me "I can read", then opened up the sandwich, which between what she said and this just struck me wrong so I asked if she didn't believe me. She made the comment "I have to see it so I can tell them what they did wrong". When she brought me the new sandwich she told me to check it. I said that you just made it, knowing what my issue was I'm sure that it is correct. She said that I HAVE to open it and wouldn't give me a new carryout bag until I did.
