We ordered online at 4:21 pm. The online system quoted us a time of 16-21 minutes. We showed up at 4:40 pm and waited for over 2 hours for our food. We finally received our food at 7:00 pm (2 hours and 40 minutes after we placed our order). They were FLOODED with orders and the online system needs to take that into account and quote the correct time. This is clearly a corporate problem that needs to be fixed. The employees were working as hard as they could and could not keep up with the amount of orders (it didn’t seem physically possible). I felt bad for the employees getting yelled at over and over again while they were working as fast as they could, but most of them were also extremely unprofessional. The person in charge (not the manager who was absent on a Sunday conference football day) eventually tried to help the situation by writing down people’s names who were in the building and working off that list (1/1.5 hrs into our wait). We were the last on the list even though we had been there over an hour before anyone else. They didn’t cross check that list with the time the order was placed so we saw people who had only been waiting half the time get their food while we were still waiting.If we would have known the wait would be almost three hours, we would have made other plans. Read moreWent to this store last night to pick up an online order. Unfortunately, I got there a few minutes after closing, the staff was still there rapping things up. I asked them through the glass door cause they didn't even have the courtesy to even open the door even though I showed them it was an online order on my phone. But yet they told me they were closed and not helping no one. I saw an order on the pick up rack that could have possibly have been my order that I was picking up,they didn't even wanted to try and see if that was my order. The guy that was talking to me went to talk to another guy in back and they started laughing,then a woman came to me to say the same thing and she didn't want to check the bag on the rack to see if it was my order I guess they already had plans for it, this was an order that was already paid for. Read moreI scheduled for my order to be picked up at 5:15pm. I did not leave the restaurant until 5:40 pm with my order. During the time that I was waiting, more employees came in and there was a lot of side conversations being had instead of MAKING THE FOOD and taking care of customers!! Once I finally received my order, I was missing one order of my boneless wings. I had to call the store multiple times before finally a manager answered, at which time I told him about missing the food and requested fresh fries. I arrived at the restaurant for a second time and the manager did replace my food. Once I arrived home, I took a bite into a wing and it was way over cooked. So overcooked that I was only able to eat a total of maybe 3 or 4 of my wings. I am highly dissatisfied with the service that I have received from this Wingstop.
