Smoothie King — Restaurant in Worth Township

I decided to make a post because I love Smoothie King but literally started to stop going and start driving all the way back to ORLAND to Jamba Juice. There is a new Smoothie King literally 5 minutes from my house in Tinley and I was so excited and started going there!!! BIG MISTAKE! It’s the worst in customer service as well as if you have all day to wait on a smoothie - go for it. I remember being in the drive thru one day for nearly 40 minutes. A shame. So I started ordering on the app before I go- my wait was only 25 minutes then! So, I was going to stop going. I found the smoothie king in Crestwood- a little (10 minutes from my house) further away. But once you go in and meet this young man named TAE (maybe it’s Tay) but anyway, he is amazing and has a CONSISTENT smile. He offers excellent customer service and a great attitude. I was upset when he didn’t open one day last week because I ordered via the app on my way to work as I usually do and I went in and there were 2 young girls who OBVIOUSLY came from the Tinley park store because they never greeted me when I came in. Instead they stood there laughing and talking about personal business so I politely asked if they had gotten my online app order, the girl says “oh yea” and then proceeded to make my smoothie and then put it on the counter - didn’t say anything to me and went back to talking to her co- worker! SHE NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME! Send her back to the Tinley store and please let me know Tay (Tar) off days so those days I’ll go to Starbucks or another alternative. I am a regular- my app gets busy daily- sometimes twice daily… and all I want is a good smoothie and good customer service! A faithful CRESTWOOD SMOOTHIE...
