The location is very ideal right next to my khe although there were buildings blocking the view of the beach.

I stayed there for 9 days. The staff are very nice the security that rhat watched over the hotel and the scooter he was a lively and jovial mail wirh a smile on his face always helpful and even helped us get fuel to get to the gas station at no cost.

We asked for a king bed but they just moved the beds together to make it bigger. One side of the bed was squeaky and they have them propped on wheels and for 6 days I banged my leg on the corner every single time and I got injured so much I had ro wrap the bed stand with a towel to stop from hurting myself.

The bed wasn’t comfy.

Whenever the cleaners came to clean they took the key out which means while came back to a hot room each time. The staff did not follow instructions when asked not to come clean. The hallways were always noisy in the morning with the cleaners talking very loudly for up to an hour.

The staff don’t speak much English either so communicating was harder.

The room came with breakfast bur I never got to try it.

The bathroom shower was right next to the sink without any demarcation so when you shower the entire floor gets wet. That was a little annoying.

They also provided laundry service which I used twice and was well priced. The location was great with all types of food services around and right in front of a convenience store.

They have a small pool on the rooftop as well. Ther is only one elevator so it sometimes took long to come so we used the stairs a lot.

Overall service was great and hotel is nice and...

We had a horrible night at Menora Premium Hotel.

There was water all over the bathroom whenever someone was taking a shower because the evacuation was blocked, reception said there was nothing they could do about it. Our bed sheets were full of dirt and blood stains, they got changed only for one of the two beds and the new sheets were still dirty. We couldn’t even sleep in the bed sheets but had to stay at this hotel because they had made us pay during check in, before even seeing the room, which is unusual. If we had known we would have run away to find another hotel. Our feet were black just walking on the floor, the white walls were full of dirt as well.

Service was terrible as the receptionist lied to us continuously: he told us we couldn’t do a late check out on the following day because the hotel was full, while his manager told us the opposite, when we asked to speak with his manager during check out, he said she wasn’t there on Saturdays before realizing it was actually Friday, so that he came up with another lie saying that she was on a business trip, but when we insisted she came out 10 minutes later from one of the hotel’s staff rooms. No kind gesture was proposed to compensate for all of the points listed above, this hotel clearly doesn’t care about their customers being satisfied, they just want to make sure they get their money before customers are able to see how bad the rooms and the...

I would rather like to give this hotel negative stars. Their customer service doesn't even hold up to a one star hotel. We stayed here for 3 weeks and had many minor issues we didn't bother complaining about like bed sheets stained, towels dirty, and some things not working well in the room. Towards the end of our stay, the bed broke on us in the middle of the night! I'm recovering from a fracture so sudden movements to my ankle caused severe discomfort and pain. My husband went downstairs immediately to inform them but they were sleeping and he didn't wake them up. Next morning, he went back to the front desk to inform them, they said they'll send someone to fix it. The following night, it happened again, this time the sudden shock was enough to ruin the rest of my trip. Well, they sent someone to fix it and when he moved the mattress we saw the bed was fixed many times there were holes all over. Anyways, they fixed it with no apologies, no concerns, nothing but they want to charge us money for dirt stains on the towel which were caused by their dirty floor!!

There are much better hotels for cheaper with better reviews, please don't stay here if you want to be treated like humans. They treat you like you're a money machine at this hotels, especially Americans. My husband will be posting all...

My experience corresponds to the mixed reviews you see on the Google Maps. The value for the money is definitely good, the view is incredible. The hotel, was probably amazing at some point, but like many places in Vietnam has been living of it's reputation for a while now. Check in experience was quite deceptive, at night the hotel name is invisible, so the taxi dropped me, 2 blocks away and one of the stops was the hotel, neither of us saw it. The receptionist didn't want to be there, thank G that the room was OK, they make you pay before you see it. The tv didn't work at all, and because the AC doesn't work until you put the key in, every time you walk into the room it's a sauna, including when I walked in at 10pm at night. I recommend closing the bathroom door or the room never gets cool. Also if the shower doesn't drain, take out the cover as you shower, put it back when done. Seems to be an issue with most shower systems in Vietnam. The breakfast was very good, plenty to choose from and made to order eggs. The morning receptionist was nice and helpful and spoke great english, the parking employee (no English) was very nice and helpful as well. Free parking for motorcycle and even took a photo of me with my motorcycle. Overall I would say, good for the price, but wait a couple of years.
