Backpackers Hostel — Hotel in Hà Nội

I paid a little extra with the backpackers for an airport pickup and to be taken straight to the backpackers. It was worth it and SO nice to arrive there only to meet Pearl (the owner) and her huge, warm smile and willingness to help out in any way she can! The beds were comfortable, the price was good, free breakfast and wifi and you can trust Pearl to get you the best deals she can for bus trips, tours and flights. Words can't describe how honest and wonderful she is! The backpackers doesn't have a very big common area to hang out in but I found that to be alright. I was still able to meet a handful of great new friends at breakfast and in the small, cozy lobby. I really enjoyed my time spent at the friendly backpacker hostel. The staff was so nice and very helpful. Pearl, the owner, helped me organise my trip in Vietnam. She booked my bus tickets, she suggested me places to eat and she checked the weather at the different places i wanted to go to make sure i had the best trip as possible in Vietnam. Pearl and her husband extend such warmth and hospitality it is hard not to enjoy one's stay in Hanoi almost immediately. They shared with me valuable tips on choosing tours in Halong Bay, and provided resources on travel in Hanoi, with a cup of jasmine tea at hand!||||Dorms are clean, though the toilets are on the smaller side.
