I stayed at this hotel only two days. Hanoi was the start of my trip in Vietnam so I didn’t know anything about Vietnam. When I booked this hotel before coming to Vietnam they started to give me some advice for some place to go. A really good things , they arrange your pickup/drop off at the airport so you don’t need to look for a taxi or anything, they take care of you .||When I arrived at this hotel I had the warmest welcome I could ever have ( I’m traveling a lot for my work , I’m going to different hotel like 1-2 times a week so I know how usually how people welcome you in the hotel ) . They gave me a map and showed me everything about Hanoi , even the favorite restaurant of the receptionist, so I had the best advice I could have I followed it and it was better than I thought .||I was feeling I’m not just a customer, they made me feel I’m someone special to them . Everyone were smiling all of the time , the room was totally fine and the hotel is really well placed in the city (aircon, fridge) .||They even can arrange you some tour ( I did the Halong bay one, it was perfectly planned ) . There is a room safe and a small balcony overlooking the busy old quarter. The air-con, wi-fi and TV all worked. The wi-fi was sometimes iffy, for a moment. No lift. Breakfast was 2$ with a few choices (just ok).||||Great central location and warm and welcoming reception team. ||||Booked a tour to halong Bay with them and was very satisfied. As a 2-star hotel, their rooms are well air-conditioned, bathroom and hotel room are clean, and you get a personal balcony (don't know if everyone has this). ||||The highlight of this hotel is the hotel lobby STAFF.
