Our stay at Graffiti House was amazing. It's located on the paintshops street of Hanoi old town and you literally have to walk through their paint shop to the reception and lift, so cute. The room was narrow but very long, very much in line with Vietnamese traditional houses which was very cool. So even though it's narrow it doesn't feel like that as the room is huge. Modern bathroom with hot shower was really nice. The bed was super comfortable and we even had a small lounge area with a sofa to relax and chill a bit. It's a great place to get away a bit from the hectic streets of Hanoi old town. There's also a small rooftop seating area with a kitchen. We arrived really early with a night bus from Ha Giang but all we had to do was ring the doorbell and someone opened up and checked us in. Since we didn't have enough cash to pay the room they even let us check in and sleep for a bit before we went to an atm to get more money our. Excellent service! Breakfast included would've been nice but there's so many good restaurants and street food around we didn't...
Read moreI originally booked 3 nights at Graffiti House, but realised the hotel and City are amazing and needed an extra 2 nights. The night guy and the daytime lady we're both so helpful and hospitable. My room was perfect for me (solo traveller), very clean, had a fridge, kettle, free tea and water, Hair-dryer. Aircon was cold. Strong WiFi. Cute little balcony to sit and relax and also a rooftop, with a kitchen and tables and chairs. Perhaps a little bedside table and lamp would have made it 100% perfect. (I didn't need hot water as the weather was ridiculously hot, August, 36 degrees, but i never did get any hot water out of the taps). Great value for money, great location, nice walking around the lake, and the old quarter. I will be...
Read moreWe absolutely loved staying here. The room was itty bitty but somehow felt much bigger because the space was used so efficiently and it had everything we needed. The shower was hot with fantastic pressure. Everything was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Just a really cheerful and cozy little room in a great location—all kinds of lively food, coffee, spas and shopping right outside but without the noise levels of the party zone/beer street a few minutes walk away. They also stored our luggage all day and even let us take a shower in the downstairs bathroom before we caught a night train. Would absolutely...
