If you visit Hanoi, you MUST visit this place!
First of all, the booking system online is really comfortable and working very well. This is not a common thing in Vietnam. They are available on Whatsapp as well, we could make the reservation fast and easily.
The prices are very reasonable and fine. They don’t try to scam or overcharge you, like a lot of places. You get the best value for your money here.
The staff is amazing, they are so kind, professional and they speak fluent English which makes tourists feel more safe and comfortable.
Up on coming and after the treatment they offer you tea and some chocolate cookies - which I loved so much I bought an entire bag for myself haha. We also got slippers to feel comfortable and warm towels.
We spent only 3 days in Hanoi, but we visited this place twice. First time we had the 30 min back massage + 30 min facial treatment. I can not describe how amazing it was after a 16 hour flight. We were refreshed, relaxed, and all the stress from travelling just disappeared.
The second time we chose the 60 min foot massage and 60 min back massage. They were also just amazing. The ladies who gave the massage have hands like angels. The pain in my feet from the all day walking just disappeared after a few minutes. As a “bonus” we got a little arm, neck, and palm massage which felt magical.
The spa is really clean and well maintained.
Over all, it was not even a 5, but a 6 star experience. And for about 25$? I wish I spent 2 hours here every day during our stay.
I am really picky with services and I was really afraid of bad experiences but this place is more than perfect. If you are travelling to Hanoi, trust me, you need to try their services.
Thank you again, this spa experience made our trip just perfect and relaxing after long...

If you’re wandering the charming chaos of Hanoi’s Old Quarter and feel like your body has been tenderized by all the walking, traffic-dodging, and questionable backpack straps, do yourself a favour—head to Hanoi Old Quarter Spa.
First, don’t be fooled by the modest entrance. This place is like a magic trick: step inside, and it just keeps expanding. Multiple floors, countless rooms—who knew relaxation could come with a side of architectural mystery?
The receptionist was fantastic, setting the tone for a top-tier experience right from the start. But let’s get to the real magic: the deep tissue massage. I’ve had five massages in Vietnam, and this one crushed the competition—literally and figuratively.
Now, I consider myself a reasonably muscular guy at 180 lbs, and I wasn’t sure how my therapist—who looked like she might weigh as much as my gym bag—was going to handle the challenge. Oh, how naïve I was. This woman had the strength of a seasoned Muay Thai fighter and the precision of a surgeon. Every knot, every tight spot, she found and obliterated with surgical efficiency. My shoulders haven't felt this light since I was ten years old.
The staff are professional, polite, and highly skilled, and the place is spotlessly clean—which, in a city where the concept of "sidewalk" can mean anything from motorbike parking to makeshift pho kitchens, is a refreshing find.
Would I go back? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? Without hesitation. If you're looking for top-tier service, a truly expert massage, and a place where tiny therapists wield Herculean strength, this is it.
5/5 – Would let them rearrange my...
Read moreMy generally-laid-back-but-fussy-about-massage husband was doing some research about spas we could try out during our first trip to Hanoi and came across the review of a similarly discerning massage-receiver. Digging further, he felt this spa had potential, so we booked a session - the reception staff were highly proficient in English and very welcoming, resulting in a positive feeling from the moment you walk in.
In the fifteen years I've known my husband, I've NEVER heard him completely satisfied with a massage, so this was new to me too - he was so happy! Ms Tuyen took the time to listen to his pain points and remained sensitive throughout, adjusting pressure or focus of the Deep Tissue Massage, as needed.
Both she and the lovely lady who provided a wonderful Vietnamese massage for me were on point, and this session meant we crossed all other potential spas off the list - we found our fit...for those who know how annoying/dissatisfying a bad massage can be, I need not say more.
Since then, we've been back every day we were not out of town, so we'd definitely recommend this spa. Along with the beautiful and historic decor of the townhouse, the central location and the overall service, this spa is worthy of more than just a 30-min foot massage (like so many others, literally everywhere in the Old Quarter)....an absolute go-to!
P.S. Sorry, no photos, I was too busy letting go of...
