The best hotel of our entire trip and exceptional hospitality.
We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel during our trip to Vietnam! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly exceptional. Every single staff member — from the receptionist to the restaurant team — was incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful. A special mention to the manager, Ms Jessica, who ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. I would like to also mention Ruby, Anna, Menzo and Each one of them at the restaurant.
The team made us feel so welcome and taken care of. They always greeted us with a smile every time we entered the hotel, and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The breakfast service was amazing — not only was the food great, but they genuinely cared about whether we ate well and were happy with everything.
The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. The staff also helped us plan our day trips and made sure we had everything we needed. I’m so glad we chose this hotel over others — it was without a doubt the best service we experienced during our entire trip.
Check-in and check-out were both super smooth. While the hotel is located on a narrow street without a dedicated parking space, I think you will be able to park alongside the road without any issues. Despite being close to a local market, it was clean, peaceful, and never felt crowded. The location is lively and convenient, with everything within walking distance.
One thing that really stood out was how they treated us even after we checked out. We had a late-night flight and they graciously stored our luggage, provided a space with sofas to relax, and even offered us a washroom to freshen up, along with towels, water, and tea — all complimentary. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable until the very last moment.
I honestly can’t thank the staff enough. This stay was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. If you’re visiting Vietnam, I highly recommend staying here — it’s an experience you...
Read moreI booked the room directly with the hotel, and Ms. Jessica was our main point of contact throughout the entire booking process. She did an outstanding job in coordinating every aspect of our stay — from the room arrangements to airport pick-up and drop-off, a Halong Bay tour, and various other miscellaneous services. Remarkably, Ms. Jessica organized everything without requiring any advance payment, as we faced difficulties making a wire transfer. Her trust and exceptional support meant a great deal to us. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Jessica for her dedication and professionalism.
The hotel is conveniently located near many popular attractions, including the night market, numerous restaurants, and the famous Train Street. Everything you might need is just a short walk away, making the location perfect for exploring the city.
Our room was spacious, very tidy, and spotless, equipped with all the basic amenities. The free Wi-Fi was reliable, and the breakfast each morning was both delicious and generous in quantity and variety — a perfect way to start the day.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Ms. Anna, Ms. Benzo, and the entire kitchen staff who took excellent care of us during our stay at Eliana Ruby Hotel and Travels. Their warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made us feel at home.
Highly recommended — we look forward to staying here...
Read moreThis hotel may not need any more reviews and I was suspicious at first but here's one three star hotel that really blew my mind. From the start, Jessica, has been in touch and communicated to us about our upcoming trip and even sent recommendations for day trips -- no hard sell.
The room I booked was too small for a family of three so they recommended one with the balcony with not much of a price difference. I'm glad I did! We were all comfortable. The bed was soft and the room was clean. It's 4 star service and room benefits to be honest.
The location is quite central. It's nestled in the old quarter next to a wet market so it gets busy sometimes but not noisy.
We stayed here during the typhoon Yagi and it was scary but they did their best to make sure we're comfortable, checking our windows, giving us emergency lights which, thankfully, we didn't have to use. The nightshift guys and Anna were really helpful. We felt like family here.
The breakfast was a treat. The buffet spread has a lot of fruits and veggies from standard bacon and sausages. I love how they also offer ala carte orders so they cook for you! It's awesome. All for $3 per pax. The lady serving at the dining hall was also sweet and always smiling when serving.
Highly recommend! Will probably stay here again...
