Positive reviews led us here, but our experience was unfortunately disappointing. During the hair wash and facial session, the pressure applied with their nails on my head was uncomfortable. We opted for a one-hour session, expecting the promised shoulder and neck massage for half an hour, but the "complimentary" facial took so much time that they almost completely skipped out on any massage. Perhaps the 150k hair wash only would have been a better option?

The staff offered a "complimentary" facial, but it turned out to be problematic. I got soap in my nose and ears multiple times, which stung quite a bit. Moreover, the staff almost skipped the massage at the end, only giving me a brief 2-minute massage after I explicitly asked for it.

For 250k, I expected a more relaxing and thorough experience. I've had better massages in Vietnam for 170k and superior head massages in other salons, even though this place specializes in shampoo...

Very bad experience. Staff 21 was very rough and harsh, she massaged my face like she's washing the dishes, kept pressing my eyes really hard when wiping. When she wash my hair her nail kept hurting my scalp and my neck, she pulled my hair so much and shampooing so fast, staff 21 and 01 kept talking during the session which is very uncomfortable and not relaxing, the music was too loud. She was using the hair drying so hot to my scalp. And when it's done the staff requesting you to leave a review and wait for you to posted. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. I ended up with rash on my neck, and went back to them, told them I want my money back and all they do is just being agitated and that's it. Not even being apologetic.
