The hotel was located near Hanoi station in a small street. It was easy to find and convenient to go somewhere near the city center or travel to Hanoi old quarter. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's an elevator there so for people with big suitcases or backpacks, it was very easy to get to the room. I booked a double room with big bed. The room was small and cozy. The decorations was nice. There's a mini bar inside of the room to make tea and coffee. There was a small window in the room with the view to an area which looked like a small back side of the hotel and they hanged there some plants. The bathroom was clean but water was a little bit cold for me. At 5 AM in the morning, people in the next room let their alarm clock sound for nearly 2 hours, it started at 5AM and ended at 6.45 AM which was quite annoying. I had to order breakfast ahead and I found it interesting. I choose a Pho bo and they called to my room to remind me to go to the L floor to have my meal. Breakfast was quite delicious. The area to have breakfast was quiet and there was no one there but me. Everything was clean. I like the small chairs and table they put outside on the sidewalk. If you want to smoke or wait for your grab ride, you can sit there and...
Read moreFound this charming little hotel while browsing for centrally located. Conveniently located steps away from the train station and in Dong Da district, this hotel is probably only few months old. Prices were fantastic and the amenities and inclusion made them the best value for money. ||||What i would like to highlight though, is their exceptional and genuine service. The host were very helpful and so is her staff.||When i arrived in Hanoi, i called the hotel to request early check in as i was unwell and the host kindly accommodate it.||She and her team also were always helpful whenever we need anything.||Overall staff also speaks good English :)||||Bed is super comfortable and wide variety of breakfast options (both for International or Asian items) including freshly made hot eggs and Pho.||||Will definitely come back to this hotel and highly recommending this hotel to...

A big shout out to ly ly, she genuinely made me feel welcome to the hotel. As this was first time abroad you don't realise how much it helped. Had a great sleep, I was shocked as streets were noisy but being in a room facing the street I didn't hear a lot. Breakfast was great too, went out they're way to get up early for breakfast as I left at 6:30-7am. I don't know his name but getting up early when you didn't have to, I thank you. Booking up to do maybe south Vietnam next year, enjoyed Hanoi and the hotel that I will make a point in coming back for a couple days. 10/10...
