Aside from being super close to everything, easy walking distance, giant bed with crisp fresh white sheets, AC and free wifi,, There is fresh Banh Mi everywhere and all hours the day and night. ||Ngau was a was my go to girl! We stayed in room 100 on the first floor, for five nights. It was the lowest category, with no window.

Pros -Nice front desk staff and cleaning of the room was well done, my room was spotless -room 100 had no window, but I was actually glad about that because it was away from the loud street noise -Location is fantastic. Close to everything including food, massage and tourist attractions -Love the green color theme and design, very relaxing -Air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, Hot water was strong and there were power plugs next to the bed

Cons -Small flies inside the room- Despite killing five small flies a night at least five more would be back the next day. -no fridge inside room, but they let me use the fridge in the lobby area -towels smelled a bit like cigarettes sometimes, like whoever was cleaning them was smoking at the same time -Sometimes the reception staff would talk very loudly amongst themselves in the early morning or late at night, especially the old male staff who shout (the young man is nice and polite), I don’t mind talking, but not loudly, as it affects the guests. This hotel cancelled my reservation on the night before check in (8pm) and then charged me anyway, trying to give me a room last minute (after 11pm on night of checkin) AFTER I had already booked another hotel. I had to dispute the charges on my CC. SCAMMERS. DO NOT TRUST THEM. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! See screen shots of the messages! The times are not shown on the screen shots but this started ant 8pm the night before and they took HOURS to reply to my messages. The discussion went all the way to the next day. This was not about the measly $32, it’s the principal and the fact THEY cancelled the room and then WAITED for me to say I booked another room before offering a room at Almost MIDNIGHT on arrival day.
