Nusmile Homestay & Travel Agent — Hotel in Hà Nội

The rooms have nice big beds! Great location, nice and quiet alleyway so it was never noisy. We stayed a few times in a dorm and private rooms and we were very satisfied with what the homestay has to offer!

Nusmile herself is a lovely host! Not only is she very welcoming, she is extremely helpful with recommendations for food and services in Hanoi. Having been travelling for 3 months, we were very burnt out with planning and Nu was able to assist us organise the Ha Giang Loop, Trekking in Sapa and a cruise at Ha Long Bay. All of which were prices that were very satisfied with compared to what we had been quoted before. Even when one of our phones was playing up, she even took us by motorbike to get it sorted! Absolutely a good place to stay in Hanoi! The host Nu is very friendly and helpful! I stayed in a private room with bathroom outside and it was a good value for money! The bathroom in the building with reception is slightly better than in the other building, much bigger, and in that building it's less noisy.

I stayed also in dorm - comfy bed, AC, clean beddings. BUT some ppl don't know how to respect others - making noise at 5 am like packing (could be done the night before so you don't disturb others), eating and watching movies without headphones etc, but it's nothing to do with the host, can happen anywhere.

My friend and I stayed at this hostel for five nights. The location is perfect as it is located directly in the old quarter and in a very interesting area where u can see soo much things. U are not too far away from the train street or the different temples. For the stay in the hostel I can say that it was always very clean. We had a nice room with a big bed and a shared bathroom and for the payed price everything was perfect. Nus herself is very nice and helpfull.
