Normally I don’t like reviews that want to give more than five stars – but this time I have to count myself among them: The service is simply outstanding and really deserved six out of five points. The food was fresh and very delicious; especially noteworthy are the homemade chicken nuggets. The drinks menu is impressive: ES offers a small but fine selection of local beers, as well as many cocktails (with and without alcohol), sparkling wines, red and white wines and numerous other drinks. Everyone will find something suitable here. A real highlight is the view of the cathedral – especially in the evening simply fantastic. The music is pleasantly discreet and more European, so you can have a good conversation. Although you can hear something about the rooftop bars on the upper floors, they are not as popular as this location. My girlfriend and I are travelling through Vietnam, we came here to escape a little bit of the noise from below. We were greeted kindly by the front desk who showed us upstairs to the ozone bar where we met Sang and Cuong. These guys are absolute masters at what they’re doing, the recommendations for food, the service and then the cocktails were honestly top notch. Definitely 5 stars and if I lived here I would be a regular for sure! If I ever come back it will be the first place I come to! Thank you Sang and Cuong!...

We’ve visited Ozone Sky Bar few times since it opened. The sky bar is located on the top of Grand Du Lac Hotel, righh next to St. Joseph’d Cathedral, only few minutes walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s a great place to enjoy gorgeous sunset or Hanoi vibrant nightlife while still be able to avoid the crowd.
