Hotel IStay Inn/ Xuong Pho 118, Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam, Review/ Room Tour Budget Hotel

The Hotel is just located at 5-8mins walk from Walking Street. It is located just on main road.

Pros: Neat & Clean Hotel Good Location & quite Near to all attractions Walking to Ben Thanh Market (10mins) Room with Good Windows if you have taken Balcony Room So many travel agents and money exchanges nearby just after the park so many food options nearby including Indian Restaurants Rooms are Big

Cons: Our Breakfast is included but they only serve beef items( we requested for veg/egg item then they given only bread & egg, and no drinks were provided except green tea, we took juice instead of tea then they charged us VND 60K for juice with breakfast) Not so much cooperative as the owners have their restaurant at ground floor and they are least bothered in Hotel things as per my opinion because you can search the Hotel as there is no Hoding/Display of Hotel name and even their neighbors do not know the Hotel name, as we are searching hotel with help of google map, we just reach as the address was mention no hotel name. Hotel sutter will be closed at night, however, they have given a key for opening the shutter (the function was not explained to us) No Parking Space Costly as per their standard, So many good options available at cheaper rates

Overall not recommended from my side, however, if you required bid room you may consider the same.

This accomodation is conveniently located closely from the tourist attractions and marts. ||||If you are going to book a room from the hotel, make sure to request lower floors. I stayed on the 5th floor. (from G level to 5th, it's really 6 floors) Without a lift, it had been a great workout with a heavy load of belongings. But the view is great.|| ||Noises from the club across the street and open Karaoke in the park, and the noises from the family's children is unavoidable.||||Security was a concern. No security camera on the floor. Safety door lock was broken, the balcony lock was non-functional. Hence, I had to place my own lock whenever I leave.||||Wifi didn't work. The staff gave me an alternative solution of the next door hotel's wifi pw. I made a complaint on this. ||||Except for the 1 lady receptionist, staff's English is quite limited. You will find the male reception wouldn't bother helping you with the luggage, but playing the games most of the time. (But a very friendly dog is on site.)||||I wouldn't go back there for the...

Location is really superb. Just across the busy street, Very clean and attentive staff. Laundry service is available too. Room has hot water boiler, hairdryer and other essentials plus a nice fridge. Definitely worth a stay whether for business or pleasure. Nearby 3 ATMs, Local food- Pho, Chinese Dim Sum, Royaltea, Changi village, Highland Coffee, Phuc Long tea and Asiana Plaza food court within walking distance. Bus station is also nearby. There are buses to and from airport. There's a Middle East kebab and coffee shop located adjacent to the hotel. Good place to grab a coffee before heading out for the day.
