We booked and pre paid for our stay a week in advance however after a full day of travelling, we turned up to the hotel to be told by a 14 year old boy on reception that the hotel was fully booked and they no longer take bookings from online sites!! We demanded a refund or to be put up in a new hotel but he simply just ignored us. We asked for a manager and after 20 minutes a woman came down (she finished cleaning a plant pot next to us before even acknowledging us) and then proceeded to shout at us telling us we had to leave and could not stay or get our money back. Apparently the hotel is no longer an OYO hotel however there are MASSIVE neon signs outside and inside the hotel saying OYO!! Read moreThis hotel is located on walking street. So if you want to be in the middle of it, this is the location. They are basic rooms that are fairly clean in most part. In my room the bath room was a bit of a disaster. It was full of mold and hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. My two friends rooms they said were OK, so the quality of the rooms is inconsistent. I have included photos.||I did ask the manager to replace the shower rose as it was broken, and he did that same day, which was good. ||The rooms at the back are the best I think, ones ending in 3. They have a window and are quite, further away from the main street.
