Botanic Sapa Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

During our recent trip to Sapa, we had the absolute pleasure of staying at the Botanic Sapa Hotel hosted by Van, who went above and beyond to make our experience truly unforgettable. My partner and I arrived at the hotel at 5am and Van arranged an early checkin, ensuring we felt comfortable and cared for right away. She had been incredibly responsive even before our stay helping us with getting a last minute room upgrade.

The room was not only cozy and clean but offered a breathtaking view of the valley, making every moment magical. Van’s recommendations were perfect, leading us to some of the most beautiful spots and cafes in Sapa. She even thoughtfully packed us some snacks for our overnight journey back, a small gesture that made a big difference.

Van’s warmth, hospitality, and attention to detail truly made our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better host, and we can’t recommend her enough to anyone visiting Sapa. Thank you, Van, for making our time in Sapa one we will never...

My partner and I have had an absolutely lovely stay here at Botanic Sapa Hotel. It really feels like a home, with the lovely paintings they have done and the library in the lobby as well as their lovely cat Moon. 🐈‍⬛

The owner Van is so very kind, I was feeling very unwell when we arrived and she gave many recommendations on where to go and what to do to feel better. Didn’t expect such kindness but it was really needed (:

We had terrible weather while we were in Sapa, constant rain and freezing cold but our stay made our experience in Sapa worth the visit. We were extremely grateful for the warm shower and heater in our room! As well as the heated blanket in the bed!! I was sooo cosy! ((:

I also loved listening to her daughter play the piano in the morning, my Mum is a pianist so made me feel very at home after being away for a long time.

Would recommend this place to anyone coming to visit Sapa. If you’re in the area definitely stay here.

She is always laughing, full of positive energy, and ready to help with anything you need.||One of the most touching moments of our stay was when my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Without hesitation, the host brought fresh tea ingredients to help her feel better—such a thoughtful and caring gesture that we’ll never forget. She truly goes above and beyond for her guests.||On top of that, she even arranged to have our luggage brought to our next hotel, making our transition seamless and stress-free.
