Sapa sky view restaurant and bar — Restaurant in Sa Pa Ward

We visited this restaurant with high expectations, influenced by the many positive Google reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was profoundly disappointing, both in terms of food and service.

Despite being the only customers at the time, the service was unnecessarily slow and awkward. For example, after ordering sashimi, it arrived ten minutes later without any plates or utensils—something we had to request separately. When we finally began eating, we immediately discovered bones in the sashimi, an issue present in every piece we tried. When this was brought to the manager’s attention, the explanation given was that this was “just the type of salmon farmed in Sapa,” which felt dismissive and unhelpful.

The rest of the dishes were delayed for nearly 40 minutes, and when they finally arrived, they were underwhelming at best. The servers themselves seemed hesitant and overly reliant on the manager for even the simplest tasks, which only contributed to the inefficiency and discomfort.

In the end, the entire dining experience felt substandard. The quality of the food matched the poor service—simply unacceptable. We left dissatisfied and went to a nearby pizza restaurant instead, where the food was far superior despite the casual setting.

This was, without question, one of the most disappointing dining experiences we have had, and we would not recommend this...

This was a very disappointing meal experience. We wanted some western food, after eating Vietnamese for so long. We ordered 3 meals. 1 was a burger with no mayonnaise, it came with mayonnaise. So they fixed and burnt the bun and didn’t provide fresh hot chips, they were cold. Another person in our party ordered a Hawaiian pizza, but it came with no pineapple. And the 3rd meals was a carbonara and they asked whether she wanted ham, she said yes, and still no ham was included. So 3 meals ordered and not a single one was what we actually ordered or wanted and the staff did clarify at time of ordering. Not good service and staff didn’t seem to care to want to fix our meals or make us a good experience. And we are here with a Vietnamese person who also translated everything and it was still all wrong. Very disappointing. Great view - but bad food...

It's ok. It has an amazing view and a nice vibe inside too but the food is subpar... This restaurant has much higher prices than ones I've seen in Sapa and across Vietnam. With the fancy pictures and view we thought that it might be worth it but honestly save your money and time. The food was mediocre at best... We ordered the cheese plate as a starter and the cheese was not what you would expect to be served at a restaurant. It included strips of burger cheese and, fair to say, low quality gouda and edam too with glazed cherries on top? Our menu said that our tofu would come with mixed stir fry veggies... This was literally just spinach and a few strips of red onion. The spinach was not cooked properly too. Noodles don't seem the most fresh either. The service was good, I cannot fault the waiters and waitresses working when...
