The Hotel is in a great location, rooms are large, the beds comfortable, even though far from luxury. No lifts, no central heating, I used the hair dryer to warm up the room a bit, however, cold hotel rooms are common in Sa Pa. I didn't ask the manager, who is a lovely and kind person, for a heater, which he would probably have provided. In any case, for the money it's a fantastic deal close to many attractions cafes and bars. Mind that on google maps the address is wrong, so in the grab app, better use Hotel Horizon next door as reference.
