Hà Giang Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

The Hotel is in a great location, rooms are large, the beds comfortable, even though far from luxury. No lifts, no central heating, I used the hair dryer to warm up the room a bit, however, cold hotel rooms are common in Sa Pa. I didn't ask the manager, who is a lovely and kind person, for a heater, which he would probably have provided. In any case, for the money it's a fantastic deal close to many attractions cafes and bars. Mind that on google maps the address is wrong, so in the grab app, better use Hotel Horizon next door as reference. It's next to a beautiful vegan restaurant/cafe, where vegan and not can have a lovely breakfast, lunch and dinner for a very good price. I will probably go back there if I needed to return...

We had a wonderful stay at Ha Giang Hotel! The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and even helped us carry our luggage to our room. We were send here since the hotel we booked on Booking was destroyed. Since our reservation was for about $35/night, the value of this place was about $5. The furniture was at least 50 years old, no heat and the place was last cleaned during their war. We turned around and walked away. You should too, if you have any self-respect.
