It was our first time to Sapa and we stayed here 4 nights. It was worth it for the location- a 2 minute walk to Sapa Church, which we used as a central meeting point. We could easily walk to Sunworld Sapa Ticket Station to visit Fansipan, or use Sapa church as a meeting location for tour groups (or you can use Grab app for taxi anywhere). We booked the “Family Mountain View” and “Deluxe Mountain View Room”and the view of the city and mountains from the 5th floor was spectacular (pictures are from Deluxe Mountain View room)! The room was pretty clean except for some small bugs (since I opened the window for some fresh air) and some corners are old. Note that you can pull down the curtain in the bathroom so it’s not an open shower. They have a small breakfast buffet every morning and you can choose pho (beef, chicken, or pork)or pancake from the menu. Great location, but right next door they have construction happening starting at 6:15am in the morning which is really loud- not good if you’re a light sleeper. We went mid July 2025 and the construction doesn’t look like it’ll be done anytime soon. However, I would still recommend this place! Mr. Dao is so friendly and helpful. They helped me with bus information and gave us a little water + snacks gift when we checked out. I would come back here...

Read moreWe booked a family room for four. The room was spacious enough for us and had a nice mountain view, which was a great bonus. They provide free Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout our stay. The help desk assistant and staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk assistant, Mr. Dao, speaks fluent English, making it easy to communicate and ask for trip information. He gave us helpful tips on places to visit, how to get there, and prices. Most of our trip in Sapa was suggested and planned by Mr. Dao, including helping us book our bus back to Hanoi. He even provided us with free drinks and snacks for the journey, which was a thoughtful gesture. They also offered a free van shuttle to the bus station, making everything smooth and convenient. Breakfast is provided from 7 to 9:30 AM, with sets like bread with eggs and veggies, pancakes, pho, fried rice, and noodles. The food was okay, and they also offered coffee, tea, and fruits. The room had both air conditioning and a fan, and it was clean and comfortable. They also gave us early check-in, which was a nice touch. The hotel’s location is great—it’s close to many restaurants, mini-marts, and shops, making it very convenient for...
