Sapa Melody Hotel — Hotel in Sa Pa Ward

This is the most underrated hotel in Sapa. The location is about 100 feet from the town center and about another 50 feet to the right from Sun World and about a quarter mile to the left from the lake. The location is perfect, you can see the Church's door and the mountain view from the window. 2nd is the hotel itself. It is cozy but the beautiful thing about it is, you get to know the staff and the staff gets to know you. Also, the hotel might be small but the room is big, we have a family room with a king bed and two full size beds which feels like a queen. The room also have two showers, one of the shower has the toilet, two TVs, two ACs, a ref with sodas and two free water everyday. The hotel is pretty clean and well-maintained, the elevator is big for the size of the hotel and it is pretty fast. Let's talk about the staff, they are definitely enthusiastic about helping and cleaning the room, they're always smiling and greeting you, making sure your stay is the best there is. I'm giving a shoutout to Ha, she is always there to make sure everything is good, she is funny and very quick to tend to your needs, there's a time that she even walked us to the nearest massage to make sure we get there safely, I mean, that is above and beyond customer service, the manager and the other staff are also the nicest people there is. A competitively priced nice small hotel. The rooms are modestly sized ideal for a couple.

The toilets are neat. All toiletries are provided. Hot water can take about 5m to come through… so be ready to keep the pipes running for a while before you get hot water. The AC heater function as well.

There are 2 restaurants here. Pho and coffee is what we got for breakfast.

Staff are courteous and polite. See to disappear from the scene quickly when service is done. 😂

I usually dont do reviews but really wanna promote this hotel badly. Me and my husband Stayed here for 2 nights. The younger guy which I forgot to ask the name really polite, kind and one of the most helpful vietnamese ive encountered during my trip here.
