This place stands out for me in Vietnam because they are able to make Vietnamese food virtually tasteless. Our main course arrived first before the spring roll starter and without any rice, we chased the rice twice only to get it ten minutes later. The lemongrass and chilli beef had no chilli and no taste, the spring rolls were mainly noodles and the worst I've been served in Vietnam. Asked for honey to go with the ginger tea, it took twenty minutes for it to arrive. Haven't encountered service as poor as this in all our travels throughout The Country. We arrived at 7pm at they were fully occupied and we asked them if we could make a reservation at 8pm and they agreed. We ordered food for 3 persons but they served the 3rd main dish almost after an hour so our companion wasn't able to eat it and opted to bring the food home. We also ordered ice cream for dessert but they weren't able to serve it even though we followed up 2 times. We just decided to cancel the dessert and pay for our food.
