The Plants look amazing and healthy, the range of fish was cool and they even had a coupe of turtles. The music was nice and I picked a few succulents then had a look at the fish I was going to add to my aquarium. All in all about $80 bucks worth of plants and fish. So I was waiting near the desk in the aquarium area for about ten minutes. I was seen by a couple of the staff but they were busy with other customers. Cool no worries. I waited another five minutes or so then asked one of the girls watering the plants if she was able to help me grab a few things from the aquarium area. She was pretty flustered and seemed a bit annoyed she said someone will be with me soon. So I waited a little more then she came in asked what I was after. I told her what I was after and she said I'll have to get Peta. I waited another ten minutes then saw who I think was Peta talking to another lady about the plants matching her living-room. By this time I'd been there over fourty minutes had decided what I wanted about 5 minutes into getting there. Not often I write reviews unless they are positive but the management needs to know your losing business because you're either understaffed or sitting pretty with what you earn Atm so don't need new business. I put my plants back where I found them walked past an their office with a guy in there working on his laptop. got in my car and drove to Bunnings picked up the plants in about 5 minutes. Your range is so nice but sort out...

I love the arrangement of plants that they have - the range is a wonderland- the staff how ever did not acknowledge me or others that hand walked in with smiles on their faces as they marvelled on all the plants they could buy instead they left empty handed - walking in with great music blasting but no customer service no happy staff willing to greet people and it was only 11am - it looked to me that regulars were welcomed more than the new faces as I was one that of the new faces and I drove 20mins just to see this place and all the plants I wanted to buy. It's seemed that'll the staff didn't want to deal with what ever it was they may of had on their mind or preferred the company of plants over people? They seemed busy doing different tasks it just seemed weird and off, to go to a place were gardens create a sense of peace and tranquility and I just feel unwelcome weather or not I bought anything it didn't seem to change the attitude of the staff. Very strange to have a feeling like that in such a nice place . And I read so many reviews on how wonderful the place was . That would be the last time I would go there for...

This is a wonderful nursery. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and willing to have a laugh. They have a great range of plants and they often stock the same varieties in many different pot sizes (so there is something for every budget). The prices are very reasonable compared to other specialty nurseries and they often get interesting and rare species in stock (watch their Facebook page). I have bought many plants from them over the past few months and I have not had a single problem with disease or pests. Their prices for planter pots are very reasonable; I’ve seen some of the exact same items that they sell at Mappin’s in another nursery... only the other nursery was charging literally and exactly three times more than Mappin’s had them priced at. If you love plants (particularly cacti and succulents, houseplants, and uncommon varieties), fun and friendly staff, and paying reasonable prices for great quality sock, then this is the place for you. Warning: Mappin’s nursery can be...

I discovered an incredible place. This is a flower shop designed like a museum that should be visited in Brisbane. There are many kinds of flowers and plants. Even suitable pots are also sold. At the back, only goldfish and a few types of betta fish are sold. And aquariums and bowls of different sizes are sold. The ladies at the cash register are very friendly and informative. They give extensive information about how to care for flowers. On the side, they have made an area where you can easily plant the plants you buy in pots. They enriched the look of the shop with beautiful and different objects. Plants are already artistic, and artist shop owners added beauty to this shop.

What an oasis in the inner City. A wonderful selection of indoor, outdoor and 'show' plants. Ranging from cheap and cheerful to 'empty out your pockets'. All looked to be in wonderful health and leaf. Some hard to grow specimens were in flower and just beautiful to see. Hoya lovers take note. A small but healthy selection within the species ranging from $38 to $150 (massive plant with pendacules) but my beginner status with these plants stopped me from splashing on a big one. Pots and garden decor also available. We didn't look at the aquarium section. We found staff easy to talk to and will be back soon. Only downside is limited parking.

Went to Mappin's Nursery on Mothers day to get some materials for a day of gardening with my mum. We were really impressed with everything! Great customer service, great atmosphere and such a good variety of plants. We purchased so many plants and pots we had to make two or three trips to the car, Catherine helped us carry everything out to the car and went above and beyond with her customer service. We accidentally left a whole box behind and she hand delivered our missing box on her way home. (Luckily she lived in the same suburb) So impressed with the customer service and it was an amazing way to spend Mothers day. Thank you! :)
