Unfortunately upon finishing my lease with Servcorp there is a sneaky "3 month forced virtual office" cost to "transition" out.
It's a hidden in plain sight situation, but i'd say overall a less than desireable business practice, and completely unnecessary.
It's the kind of ruthless business practice that makes you never want to deal with the company ever again, instead of potentially using their services in the future.
