Unfortunately upon finishing my lease with Servcorp there is a sneaky "3 month forced virtual office" cost to "transition" out.

It's a hidden in plain sight situation, but i'd say overall a less than desireable business practice, and completely unnecessary.

It's the kind of ruthless business practice that makes you never want to deal with the company ever again, instead of potentially using their services in the future.

I have used a few serviced offices over the years.

My experience with the Servcorp team so far has been fantastic. They are professional and friendly, respond to every query in a timely manner and they set a good culture to work around.
