I booked online but only found there was no parking spots available AFTER I entered the car park.
This morning the experience at this car park left me furious!
There are spots available on level 4 above but the car park management ALWAYS put up a barrier to close off those spots obviously for their convenience. They didn’t realise there will be more cars because the train line is closed!
I couldn’t go to work and had to drive back home. What are you going to do with my car running cost and loss of wages?
When I called up customer service on my way home, I was told pre booking doesn’t guarantee a parking spot because of casuals. Are you serious? Pre-booking is a charged service. Money has already been deducted from my card!
Why did you take money from people for booking a non-existence spot? It’s a scam! The ACCC should look into this and hand out a penalty on this organised scam by Wilson Parking.
Why did you let the cars into the car park when the car park is already at “full” capacity?
Why did you block off the available spots on level 4 above? For the convenience of your parking management people?
Why didn’t your intercom people offer an alternative?
In addition, this car park was designed to fit in more cars in the smallest space. It’s guaranteed that you will damage your door if you park here. It already costs me $700 to fix my car because of your “economic” crowded design.
I wish I could give a negative star!
Photo added: I was sent this photo. I’m glad there was a vigilante who did justice...
Read moreBoth arrival and departure experiences were great, using my Wilson Parking card and booking online in advance. The car park is well lit however the spaces are quite small. We have a Ford Territory and I couldn't get out of the car as the concrete pillars will not allow for this. I had to find a 'middle' space between two smaller cars that had already parked to have enough room to park and get out without hitting the other cars. Even when backed right up against the wall the nose of our car just sat over the white line in the front. We noticed many larger SUV's and Utes etc with their bonnets, bull bars or boots sticking well out into the also narrow driving space, barely enough room for two cars to pass each other safely. The lift was working from the 3rd floor and it was relatively clean and well lit. Not my worst parking experience, however would probably try and find somewhere...
Read moreThis car park was easy to get to but very expensive. Car Parks are two small. When I got back to my sedan my sister nor myself could get into the car due to a big 4 wheel drive on each side. The car beside me had a running board that stuck out and I could only open my door a tiny bit. When I eventually got my buttocks in my right leg was still placed on the ground. Eventually with a great struggle I got the said leg in. My sister who was on crutches also had a great struggle. When we got to pay the machine would not accept 2 x cards (plenty of money on both) and finally I used a third card which worked. When I pressed the intercom button there was no help available. By this time there were a number of cars behind us with drivers being...
