Worst experience ever I had with making online orders via their store. One of my items was out of stock, and they have reached out to me by email wondering if I’m happy with a refund here. After I agreed on them, they then said that the item was going to be restocked within a week time after I made my order. I did mention that I would like to have both items delivered together, so I replied to them by saying that. There was no response, after all, so I assumed that they had acknowledged my request. After a few days, I saw a parcel lying in my letterbox and received only one item! How unpleasant it is?! Well, at least I received one item, I should be grateful for. The retailer even recorded the other item with “refunded” on the virtual receipt along with the parcel! I haven’t even seen any refund payment yet on my account. Always love this brand, the design is unique and the t-shirt itself looks nice, print stays on for a long time. In term of size is easy number 1& 2. Basically its about oversized look.
