Since 2014... I have no idea that this was actually in city Hall.

Anyways today I went in there for a coffee after stumbling across this place. Nice atmosphere Good coffee Friendly staff A little more than what I wanted to pay but the quality was good so I guess it makes it somewhat worth it. Besides it's up good to upgrade every once in awhile you can't always go for the cheap stuff. . So if you have business downtown and you happen to be near city Hall. This place is open Early each weekday from 6:30 a.m. closing...

Good coffee, but with multiple Tim Hortons nearby, there are better/cheaper options. If you work in City Hall, I can see getting coffee here. Food is overpriced...
