I just had my hair cut by Song Yi, and I can't recommend her enough as a hairdresser!

For an Asian, I have rather thick and frizzy hair. I wanted a layered haircut, which is often difficult to pull out because of my hair type. I showed Song Yi a picture of the haircut I wanted, and she took the time to analyze the haircut and my hair. She told me it would be possible with some technicalities and proceeded to the cut.

Alex was incredibly gentle, took great care of my hair, and really took the time to understand my hair goals before starting. My hair is very thick, long, and naturally curly, and he was able to achieve exactly the results I wanted smooth, sleek, and perfectly straight without damaging it or charging an excessive price. I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. I originally made a reservation from 17:05 to 18:00, but the store suddenly changed my appointment to 16:50–17:45 at the last minute (notified me at 16:45). When I arrived at my original scheduled time of 17:05, the haircut felt rushed from the start. The hairdresser completed everything, including the wash, by 17:40. Because of how quickly it was done, I didn’t feel like the cut was done with care or attention to detail. Unfortunately, I’m not happy with the result and wouldn’t say I like the haircut.
