I went into the store this afternoon, I pulled a bra off the shelf with the normal size I would wear, I asked an associate on the floor to help me (I didn’t get her name). I asked her for a bra fitting, she said that if that’s the size I was wearing I’ll be fine and if I need to return it to leave the tags on. I was very frustrated because I mentioned twice to her that I needed a bra fitting and explained my situation. She took the bra to the counter for checkout.

As I was checking out with Kat, I explained to her what happened with the other lady and explained I had to get a bra fitting and explained why. She stopped what she was doing to help me, she measured me and it turned out I had to go up a size, Kat took the time to show me some options. Once I tried them on, she made sure they fit properly and had the support I needed and I bought a couple bras. She was absolutely amazing! I dont normally write reviews, but Kat and any other ladies who need Kat - needs to read this... Kat at the lundys lane outlet is absolutely wonderful. She is knowledgeable about the merchandise, considerate and sensitive to the struggles women face when finding proper fitting undergarments. Sometimes shopping is a discouraging experience. I left there feeling really good about myself, and my purchases. Now all my clothes look better, and I feel better - because i have undergarments that fit well. look good - feel good....

I had a GREAT experience in here today getting ready for my trip. The lady there told of all the amazing places she has went and helped me pick out bathing suits for my daughter and I. There was a girl with curly red hair and another lady with a navy top and dark hair and that were really sweet. I didn’t catch their names.
