Went here with a couple of friends last night for all you can eat Korean BBQ , As I have been to one before and thought It would be a fun experience. Instead it was the opposite.
When we got there we all ordered and everything was fine , but not a thing was explained and if it wasn't for myself having gone before we would of been completely lost.
When we got the food the server just threw the meat on the grill and walked away. If I had not known what to do everyone would of just watched the meat burn. We waited for the waiter to come back but never did. We had to flag down people that would just ignore us. When confronted with questions they just ignored you.
Finally we saw a call button which we had no idea was there , and we got someone, by the time they came everyone was just over the experience and wanted to go home. So our all you can eat Korean BBQ turned into 1 portion for everyone to share.
By the end of the night I expressed that maybe next time they should explain how everything goes , if people have never been here before. (Everything was covered in sauce so it was hard to tell at times what meat was what.) Also mentioned no cook times were provided on how long we the consumer should cook our food provided by this establishment. When the confronted the server stated they just assume it's self explanatory, then she ignored us and walked away once all the bills were paid .
If you are anything but Korean don't eat here , they ignore you,are rude and obviously don't care about their business.
Also the food wasn't anything to write home about don't waste your time, go ANYWHERE ELSE. If zero stars was a rating I would of gave them that....
Read moreI just want to expound on the review I wrote yesterday. We were very excited for authentic Korean BBQ, all of us have had it before. What we received was not, in our opinions, authentic Korean food. If I had wanted to eat hot dogs, spam, and bologna I would have done so in the comfort of my own home. For the record I do not eat any of those foods. Bologna is not pork belly, I don't care what they say spam is not ham, and I guess a hot dog could be considered a sausage, but I'm sorry for me it isn't. When you advertise pork belly that better be what I'm receiving. To say I was disappointed in our meals is an understatement. My cousin did not eat his meal either, he had a glass noodle dish, again something he is very familiar with, and they were so old and overall disturbing in texture and flavor that he left it all on his plate, as did my husband and I with the meal we ordered. I am very upset that we paid $115 to leave our food on the table, and when I mentioned to our server, whom we had to ring a button if we wanted her to come by with anything, she looked at me like I was an idiot. Now there could have been a language barrier and that's fine, but I fully believe she knew what she served us was not what the menu advertised. If you want to waste your money, on not even mediocre food that is extremely overpriced, let me send you my address and you can just send it to me and save yourself the heartburn and upset stomach. I will gladly help you waste your money. Do yourself a favor eat somewhere else your stomach and tastebuds ...
Read moreDear manager/Owner, I totally understand that running a restaurant business in a extremely competitive Niagara fall market would be so challenging, however as a business owner myself would like to share with you my own experience (as your costumer) -service : eventhough, there were a just couple costumers around, we should wait about 15 minutes to get seated( obviously waiter forgot us until we remind him!) ,then for each item to bring we should ask waiter twice or more... -price: considering lots of good options just in the walking distance from your location( a couple All you can eat good restaurants just next to you within the price ranges of $17 to $25!) , honestly, paying $40 ( plus %15 MANDATORY TIPS!!!) for only three items options so called "all you can eat Korean grill!!!" didn't really make sense to me( from consumer point of view) -your staff may need more training(perhaps they obviously do their best based on how their employer train/supervised them! ). For instance, when I mentioned, that the only available Male washroom in the restaurant was clogged, no one really respond or seemed to be taking care of... of... with all respect, I did not believe that I should pay %15 tip for very bad service and not really good enough food , and didn't really find fair your MANDATORY TIP policy( Yes %15 tip was akready included the bill!!!)
To Niagara Falls visitors: Absolutely I do not recommend this place (considering both price ,food and...
