Great stop along with Winter Festival of Lights during the holidays. The Illumination tower is accessible but most paths are not taken care of during the winter, meaning that you have to walk around if you want to take photos with the incredible light displays.
The scenery is also quite well done with an excellent selection of floral and fauna.
The tower often goes unnoticed as many people don't know what purpose it serves. I'd love to take a tour or read about it more as I am seeing other reviews mentioning...
