I ate here last night (4 adults total $460) I will give my honest review and before you read the details; in a nutshell, if you want to pay huge amount for the fancy dine in, only to be disrespected in a harsh tone while being served, by all means come to this restaurant.
First the atmosphere. It was amazing. Lighting view presentation etc. were all really good.
Now let’s talk abt food. I think the quality definitely went down compared to last time. First time i went there they optinally offered fully cooked but this time around I was only served half cooked and could see blood as well. Also, my 2 year old didn’t eat anything yet I got charged for her. And the charge was hefty a total $460 for 4 adults. Waitress Didn’t care to show me the imvoice with breakdown.
Next comes one of the most negative experience I ever had in a restaurant. The waitress and the staff at entrance that greeted us were nice but the people serving different types of steaks were in a really bad mood as if they had to cut a piece off of their flesh.
One guy said he’s got pineapple steak. I tell him i would like it. But didn’t have a plate with space for the steak. I told him i will grab a plate first (there was a pile pf plates few feet away) and before i could grab one, he rushed away with an attitude and tells me with an angry face he will be back once i have a plate. I saw him serving 2 tables next to me and didn’t care to come back. EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL LIAR
Later, another server comes to us. My guest advances to take a slice of steak by putting his plate next to where the rude guy was cutting it but he didn’t realize he was supposed to use tongs after which the server rudely tells him IN A HARSH TONE “You need to grab the tongs.” and right when my guest grabs the tongs, he doesn’t stop there, keeps going in the rude tone that he had “Yes, that’s the right way to do it” like this guy wasn’t even smiling or anything. Dead straight face not even making eye contact. my guests then tells him its my first time adnd the disrespectful steak guy kept going in the same tone. It was embarrassing for me as a host; you dont invite people out of their busy lives to a fancy restaurant to be disrespected and mistreated.
And there were other similar interactions but those two were the most significant. I wish i knew their names but seriously every other staff member was mean and disrespectful like dude I paid $500 to eat here not eating for free. Stop serving steak like you are vegans or like youre cutting your own flesh and we customers are feeding off of it. Yuckkk!

Last night (Nov 7) we went out to celebrate a birthday and were quite excited to try this Brazilian Steak House. Getting through to the restaurant was challenging as we were running a bit late and professional courtesy demanded we call them to make sure they know we on our way for our reservation. Seems the staff isn't as clued in - we asked about the 3 hr free parking and the male on the phone could not give us a straight answer. BTW, parking was an absolute nightmare - however the staff on duty (and off site) were awesome. If you are sent to off-sight parking, the shuttle is quick and often.
After taking our order (sides) and letting us know how the system on getting meats worked (not "do you want drinks") we went at the meats. Red means stop, green means keep the meat coming (see attached image)
Only after 30 mins and close to being full of salt (meats are VERY salty), still no sides (nor our waiter) in sight. We reminded him about the missing sides, he apologized and side it would come right up. It did.. but NOT what we ordered. The sides did arrive about 10 minutes after that - 40 mins for sides!
The sides were terrible - salad (Arugula And Strawberry) drowning in dressing, chicken salad salty (seems to be the theme - sale on salt at the No Frills maybe?) , Cherry Tomato & Bocconcini Salad was mushy,.. however the rice (can't screw up rice right?) and shrimp stew was very tasty. The Baked Salmon was more dry than my heel, no sign yet of the roasted garlic potatoes and Gaucho Black Beans was Tasty, but runny.
After reviewing the menu further we realize that we never saw Parmesan Pork Loin , Bacon Wrapped Chicken NOR the Rib Eye. We had regular visits of the pineapple, garlic beef, lamb and chicken thigh/leg. The one that stood out (besides the pineapple) was the Beef Bottom Sirloin, but sadly that one didn't visit us much. Social Distancing?
I realize it's a Saturday night, the place was incredibly busy and with COVID we all have to make adjustments, but the bill was just under $200 - didn't feel like we had a good experience.
BTW, the chicken (leg and thigh had a weird smell to it. And it was a 15 min wait to us to pay - we just want to pay and...
Read moreI am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident that occurred following a meal at your esteemed restaurant on the evening of May 31, 2025, at 7:30 PM.
Having been a loyal patron of your establishment for over a decade, visiting 2-4 times yearly for meals with family and friends, it is with regret that I report a severe case of suspected food poisoning affecting myself and potentially others from my dining party.
On this particular visit, we were a party of five and were warmly accommodated by your staff despite our late arrival. The restaurant appeared less busy than usual, but we enjoyed our dinner and left in good spirits. However, the situation quickly deteriorated early the next day.
Early Saturday morning, I began experiencing significant gastrointestinal distress, including gas, cramps, severe diarrhea, and by late evening, repeated vomiting. The situation escalated to the point where I suffered multiple fainting spells and severe dehydration, necessitating emergency medical.
Given the sudden onset and severity of the symptoms, and hearing at least two other friend from our dining party experienced similar issues, there is reason to believe that the illness may be linked to the meal we consumed at your restaurant. Please understand, this is not an accusation but a concern that I believe warrants immediate attention to ensure the health and safety of all patrons.
I have held off on contacting the health department at this initial stage, as I have always known your establishment to uphold the highest standards, and I am hopeful that we can resolve this matter amicably. In the spirit of constructive feedback and ensuring safety for all, I urge you to investigate this matter promptly, possibly reviewing ingredients or preparation methods used on that...
