Always appreciate the honest advice I get whenever I bring my skis in. While some shops are happy to take your money, these guys will give you free advice on how to repair your skis and whether or not your skis need actual work on them. On several occasions, I've brought in my skis after mowing down some rocks, and they'll totally let you know whether something is a cosmetic scratch vs actual damage that needs to be repaired. On top of that, their prices are fair, and they turn around most repairs overnight for no addition cost. And, if overnight isn't fast enough, you can even pay $10 to have your skis worked on immediately.

Lastly, this place is a low-key great place to rent some demo skis for the mountain. They've got a quality demo fleet (Dynastar, HEAD, K2, Volkl, etc...), so if you're ever looking to try some new stuff, they've got...

I don't usually leave reviews because of my laziness but the treatment my friend and I received from Dougal on our ski trip to Revelstoke was one of the best customer services experiences I've ever had. This place is very lucky to have him. He checked out the weather on top of the mountain for us, got a few different styles and sizes of boots to try on to make sure we were happy and comfortable and even went over some of the ski runs to explore since we were new to the mountain. My friend rented ski's for the day but couldn't ski for most of it because she was being a whiner so he only charged us for a half day instead of a full one. Thank you for making our ski trip and rental experience a bit more special Dougal. If/when we come back, we'll be coming to rent from you....

Not a first-time on skis, but the first time I've used a professional fitting service and I couldn't be more satisfied with the result. The technicians were wholly professional, informative (I now know a lot more about boots and skis than ever), and very friendly. The equipment was new this season and every effort was made to find the best fit from a full range of makes and models. I' m a bit choosy about the days I ski, but this was not a problem for The Wax Bench re availability of gear at very short notice. And the price was right.
