Had a disappointing experience. Registered for a class that was very unprepared and disorganized. We were told to sit away from the group and they didn't seem to have enough products to go around. Even though we registered prior to the class. We took this class to learn how to bead a braclet and we lead to believe it was a beginner class. I visited this store for the first time on Tuesday. The selection of items was absolutely amazing. I couldn't help imagining all of the beautiful things I could create with what was in the store. The gentleman (Kevin i think his name was) who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. He was invested in building a relationship with a potential customer and showed superb multitasking skills when handling me and other customers. I brought in a photo inspired of what I needed to create a couple days ago and the two associates briefly looked and couldn’t find it which is fair! But when asked about a certain clasp they were dismissive and said go to Michael’s. However, Aaron went above and beyond and actually found me the beads I was looking for and helped me create the clasp I needed.
