The Sports Collection — Local services in Toronto

I have to give unfortunately a terrible review here; I made a purchase online June 14th (I am writing this on June 27th) and never received a tracking number or an email with an update. On their website it is mentioned that shipping is 2-4 business days!! I tried emailing them twice, went on the Instagram and still no answer. The purchase went through on my credit card and I am still waiting for my item AND an answer from them. This review is another try to get their attention. Hopefully it’ll work.

UPDATE: After this review, they contacted me and offered a refund since they didn’t have the item I had purchased. Still, leaving only 3 stars as I would have preferred them emailing me sooner about the item not...

I ordered a 4 nations T-shirt on February 21/25. I paid 24.00 for expedited delivery. The shirt was 44.99. I wrote them after nothing happened for almost two weeks. They replied on March 5 saying my original order was not available, even though they took my money. They then agreed to send me different T-shirt, claiming the delivery fee was more, but they would keep it the same as my original order (gee thx!) I received my order on March 21st, one month later and three emails. Why did I pay 72.46 for the wrong shirt one one month later. Worst...

The store is extremely Toronto oriented collection . It feels like a tourist trap on Spadina . There are some random basketball jerseys , A Ton of Blue Jays jerseys , hats . Raptors hats . Leafs jerseys and Hats .The selection is fine if Toronto is what your looking for , you’ll probably find it here . As for being a full sports store , no it is not .
