We just got home from a 9 day trip in Alaska, Vancouver and Seattle. I went to about every souvenir store I saw. The minute I walked into Coast Crafts it was different from the rest. I’m sure it was Kingsley who made the shop seem so warm and welcoming. We walked in, but we were hungry and he recommended options for us to go eat at. He was even very sweet to kindly discourage us from a place we were initially going to go. Dinner was great and we went back in to the shop to finish shopping. My sister & I recently spent a short 2 night stay in Vancouver & found this fantastic little gift shop. What makes it so special is the owner Kingsley. He is such a lovely man & we chatted to him for ages. He is very knowledgeable about Vancouver & obviously loves living there. A couple came in while we were there to thank him for his restaurant recommendation & to tell him that they had had a lovely meal. Obviously a very satisfied customer!! The Vancouver Tourist Board should pay him a commission! This gift shop is definitely worth a visit if only to meet Kingsley. I am on my second last day in Vancouver, visiting from Australia, and I had the pleasure of meeting the shop owner, Kingsley, at Coast Crafts. Kingsley went above and beyond by gifting my friend and me some CFL tickets to a game that was happening. He also provided us with directions and ensured we had the best last experience in Vancouver before we depart.

The souvenir shop is beautiful, filled with unique and lovely items, but it is made even more beautiful and pleasant by the care and effort of the owner.
