What a sweet night this was. The food was insultingly good. I have to say ‘insultingly’ because boy did my next meal have something to live up to. Spoiler alert: it didn’t. My favourite dinner component was the havarti mashed potatoes which have my heart for three reasons: 1) The crispy top layer is making me drool just thinking about it. 2) I love Cheese so much it happens to be the name of my dog, and 3) The chef was a smokeshow. An absolutely splendid establishment. I have been lucky to attend this clubhouse multiple times now, and they only ever exceed expectations. Everything from the decor & table setting, to the beautifully prepared food is truly outstanding. Not to mention, the exclusive guest list leads to a lively and entertaining evening.
