I had a hair smoothing treatment with Sally last November and couldn't be happier! I have tight curls that are prone to frizz, and this treatment has left my hair feeling super soft, smooth, and healthy and also way more manageable and predictable.

My curls have softened to about 1/3 of what they were, so I can dry it naturally for a soft wave. It also used to take quite a bit of work with the blowdryer and round brush to smooth out the curls before straightening, but now there is no need for all that work up front and getting it pin straight is very quick and easy. Best part is that it last for DAYS. When Sally does my blow-out I can go 5-7 days without a wash.

I've had keratin treatments in the past but would notice my hair getting greasy after a few days which defeats the purpose of making it quicker to style imo, so I definitely like this product better.

6 months after the treatment it still feels soft and smooth. The curls are getting a bit stronger over time and I have curly regrowth coming in, so I'll be going back next month for another treatment to keep it up.

Sally is also a great stylist, very thorough and very obviously puts a lot of effort into making sure you leave feeling like a million bucks. Her energy is always warm and welcoming too, so catch-ups in the chair are light and fun.

I’ve been wanting a haircut for ages now because my hair has gotten so long to the point where I actually sit on it. However, I have always just put it aside because the last person who cut my hair cut it too short and I didn’t really want to trust anybody touching my hair after that. I finally got the courage to do it and was looking through Groupon for a deal. I saw that they had a great deal for $31 for haircut, deep conditioning, blow dry and style. I also saw the many great reviews this salon had and so I went for it. There was a slight a hiccup with my booking due to miscommunication and when I called to confirm, Sally said that she had another client at that time and wanted to rebook --- I asked her if there was any way she could do my hair at the appointed time because I had an event on that day. Luckily, Sally said yes and off I went.

Sally is an amazing person and stylist. She made me feel so comfortable from the get- go and along the way, she never failed to ask how I wanted to cut and style my hair. When I explained to her how I wanted it, it’s like she knew what I was talking about. She did it just the way I liked it. I could tell that she’s really experienced. Very friendly hairdresser Maryam, had a nice chat while she did my hair and made nice waves as a finish. BUT the hair was cut at different lengths on the left and right side at the front!!! Unfortunately I didn't see it until I got home and after the waves were gone. Definitely not acceptable for an $80 (before tax) haircut! Do not recommend!!! I was already wondering why she didn't divide my hair into bottom and top layers for the cut like hairdressers always do. That already seemed a bit unprofessional. Also, everything (washing, cutting, blow-drying and styling waves) was done in just 40 minutes - she should have taken more time to do the haircut accurately! She only checked the hair lengths at the back, but not at the front. She also didn't ask on her own initiative if the length of the bangs was short enough after the blow-dry. I would have need to tell her to cut it shorter, but the lengths were also difficult to see after wavy the blow-dry she did. In total not professional and definitely do not recommend!!
