I called to inquire about their services, and asked if they did the head spa/scalp exfoliation treatment because when I searched head spa, this business came up. I asked the lady if the business offered it and she didn’t know what I was talking about. Since she didn’t know, I realized they didn’t offer it and said “oh it’s okay you guys don’t have it then but thank you!” And she responded with “no no what are you talking about!?”. So I tried to explain further but she got super defensive and rude and was like “what are these questions!? What do you want!?” And started to be verbally rude and slightly aggressive in response to my explanation of a “head/scalp spa” so I said “actually, it’s okay I’m gonna hang up now” and she said “what why! What are you saying!?” And I responded with “you’ve started to speak to me pretty rudely and at this point I won’t be needing your services, thank you.” And she started yelling even more and said “no you’re rude and your questions are crazy!”. I seriously don’t know what I did wrong here. If you don’t offer a service then that’s fine, I was just inquiring as I heard there was one in Vernon, and I was on the hunt for it. Please tell your staff to do better when talking to customers on the phone. I literally cried after that phone call because I’m already an anxious person and that made me feel horrible.
Responding to owners' response because there is no option for response. Sure, you don't offer what I was looking for - THAT IS OKAY. I wasn't mad that you didn't offer it. You don't have a website, so I don't know what you do or don't offer. I called to find out. being yelled at over the phone saying my questions were crazy is what was rude and so mean! It is okay if I called the wrong place, all you have to say is "sorry we don't offer that here" and all would be well! but based off your response I'm guessing you - the owner - was the one I spoke to. There is this thing called customer service, try it sometime. Even if you didn't offer what I was looking for, I still could've been a customer. ALSO, the next thing I was going to inquire about was your prices because I've been looking for a new massage parlor. But you lost my business with the way you spoke to me on the phone. asking if you offer a certain type of massage is not "crazy". you're a massage parlor; you are going to get questions like that. You are a horrible business owner if that's how you treat customers with questions, and I hope the rest of your staff have more respect towards customers...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Amazing Massage Spa with my family, and I cannot express enough how wonderful our experience was. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly father felt comfortable and cared for during his massage. Their attentiveness and professionalism truly made a difference, and he left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
Additionally, my stepmom and dad enjoyed a delightful his-and-her massage that was both soothing and invigorating. The therapists were skilled and attentive, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed them to unwind completely.
Thank you, Regina! for providing such exceptional service and care. We will definitely be returning and recommending your...
