Incredibly grateful to Fareed for going above and beyond to help me and my family restore an important heirloom. A few months ago I was devastated to have lost an earring of my mom’s that had a lot of sentimental value for me and my family. We brought it into the store to see if they could help us replace it or maybe make a new one. Fareed went to a lot of effort to try and find a solution, but unfortunately wasn’t able to source a replacement since the earring was fairly old, and it would’ve been too difficult to make from scratch due to the intricate nature of the design. However, he then went the extra mile and came up with the idea to split the remaining hoop earring and build onto it to create a matching set. The result is an absolutely beautiful new pair of earrings that I can wear again and that maintain almost all of the original design of my mom’s. Without his creativity and dedication to helping us find a solution, I would’ve been stuck with only one earring and a lot of heartbreak. The girl was fantastic. Working very hard for what I'm looking for. She found a very comfortable watch band I could wear 24/7. Very glad to find this place I will return.

And I did return 3 years later for the same watch band and a battery for a different watch. They billed me 55 dollars, I thought they go small for small things to bring me back for the big ones. At least that's what happened the first time they charged me $5. The difference between their attitudes when I first went in and when I went back to pay was night and day??
