I was craving ramen and headed out to Ohte as it is within the hotel complex that we were staying at. Picked the Combo Set A for MOP 258 per person, choice of 1 Ramen, 1 Chicken Karaage, 1 Dessert & 1 alcoholic drink, which is a good value. The Tantanmen & Tonkotsu Ramen are very delicious. Rich & flavoursome broth, however needs more salt for our salt seeking taste buds. Lovely ambience too, it’s inside the Four Seasons after all.

Reached Macau late & extremely tired last night, we found this affordable (in my opinion) gem within the new Macau area. Apart from their jovial, courteous and attentive service, their Ramen were cooked really well - rich broth and al dente noodle. A must go place. Oh one more suggestion, get the set. Value...
