Presentation 7/10 Average presentation, pretty much exactly what you’d expect from a steak place. The steak was sliced, placed on a bed of coarse sea salt (unfortunately not the social media sensation that is flaky salt). Garnished with a sad looking and wilted rosemary, drenched in grease. Overall presentation looks clean, though, and mildly appetizing.

Taste 14/20 The drink was absolutely disgusting. We ordered a dirty lemonade, and we were genuinely surprised to find out that it really tasted dirty. it corroded the size of your mouth with its sour taste and the Rosemary really did not do it for me. There was no sweetness, and I spent most of my time trying to spit out the lemon seeds.

The fries were alright, truffle fries with a barely crunchy texture. Not anything special but a satisfactory snack.

The steak, which did not come with the mashed potatoes mentioned on the menu, was on the drier and tougher side, visibly greasy with oils constantly flowing out, tainting the taste. The seasoning was done well, but because of the salt and the grease, there was not enough of the umami flavor of beef, garlic, and herbs. Once again, not particularly special, just alright.

Portion Size 3/5 Fries can be refilled an infinite number of times so no complaints with that. Portion size for the steak was rather small or verging on the small side - best estimate is around 6-7 ounces. Note that there were no side vegetables or mash potatoes, only a bob of garlic. Considering the price (see below), a larger steak and the addition of mashed potatoes would be expected. In fact, my stomach is mostly full with the fries, so I'd say this is more of a fry house than a steakhouse.

Atmosphere 2/5 Unnecessarily loud music, and I question the choice of music. Music was mildly amusing but was rather overbearing. It’s not particularly appetizing to have to yell over the loud music.

Service 4/5 Responsive and very quick service, though not excessively courteous or generally talkative. Would definitely not say that the service here is anything special, or even that the service makes the restaurant worthy of going to, but the service was otherwise adequate and comfortable.

Price 2/5 Judging from the food quality and the overall experience, the price was way too expensive. Nearly 300 HKD for a barely filling steak is not fun. A great place to go if you hate money, but you’d probably have a better time burning your money in a pit of fire.

Spain Cheatnut fed pork rack with balsamic bell peppers and fresh thyme such a good dish, the quality of pork rack is quite nice, pork tastes so strong and i can feel the freshness even they didn’t put too many seasonings, simply putting thyme herbs on top and you can taste strong flavor, chestnut fed pork tastes really better, having good fat balance, it won’t be dry, though i didn’t eat those fat too evil for me laaa which i know it will taste even better eating with fat lolllll, i quite surprised with the meat quality, fresh, yummy and in good standard

you can eat fries as much as you want, it’s said truffle fries though i can barely taste the truffle loll, it actually same as mcdonald’s fries loll

The food quality of pork rack is nice but don’t have high expectation for thw fries, just mcdonald standard, you won’t get disappointed if having no expectation lolll, not a bad try ha

Food is good as usual. Great value for money. I’m a returning customer who probably come here at least once a month because I always enjoy their steak.

However the visit I had recently, the service is extremely disappointing. It’s a Sunday afternoon and there were only 3 tables, it was not busy at all.

The staff are not friendly (probably change some staff), there was no greeting and I had to see myself in. The waitress had really bad attitude and threw menus on the table when we got seated. She was always using her phone and was not attending to our needs, especially when we wanted to order. Our water glasses were always empty. A staff with glasses whom I believe is the manager, he threw the bill on the table when we asked to pay. When he gave the receipt, it was done in a grumpy manner. When we were done with the meal, no one greeted us out like how they did it in the Central branch. I’m just disappointed once a great restaurant with great service has turned into this.
