[There’s alway something for you - “Something Wild - The Farm”] Chinese New Year holidays is over and it’s time to get on the healthy eating! “Something Wild - The Farm” is a theme restaurant dedicated to the great outdoors, inspired by the “Farm-to-table” concept. Offers variety of dishes using locally grown herbs, sustainable seafood, local organic vegetables, meats and other seasonal ingredients. - - Organic Kale Salad with Parma Ham (HK$158) The fresh kale and grapefruit with beautiful slices of Parma ham work in perfect harmony, brought together by the simple balsamic dressing, simple yet delicious. Cheesy Organic Portobello with Local Organic Kale (HK$110) The baked portobello makes a succulent base for a savoury cheese stuffing with kale, this meatless dish is a real treat for veggie lovers. Mixed Seafood Quesadillas (HK$158) The mixed seafood filling is a flavourful combination, wrapped with the crispy tomato tortilla and served with guacamole, sour cream and tomato salsa. Natural Butterfly Pea Flower & Earl Grey Tea Tonic (HK$78) Watching this magical butterfly pea tea ice ball mix over the earl grey tea tonic was such a delight, as the ice ball started to melt, the colour of the drink slowly turned from brown to purple. Refresher (HK$78) Fresh pressed juice with pineapple, pear and carrot, natural and healthy.

Something wild - the farm has been on my to eat list for a while as I have been to their the land shop before and had a great brunch there. The interior inside this restaurant is very family friendly with open spaces and very spacious. The menu was created in a photo book way - I think this is a nice touch! we ordered the dishes that most people recommended: the truffle egg pastry, the beef in Korean sauce and also the seafood crispy tortillaswe were offered bread 🥖and bread sticks to begin with. Wow! The bread were hot and delicious with butter! I think it’s definitely one of the best ones ...as many restaurants only provide cold breads lol nowadays...another dish to high light was there truffle egg pastry - it’s definitely a must to order for sharing! Organic eggs tasted great and pastry portion was just in the right size. side salad was great too, with a bit of vinegar sauce which added a healthy element to the dish. this dish was another highlight as we didn’t expect the portion to be this big! Cheese melted perfectly with the seafood and actually a lot of filling inside (shrimps, octopus, onions). last but not least, our favorite of the meal was this Korean beef dish, it was a bit on the sweet side but when combined with the kimchi on the side, it makes a perfect match!

Recently I have been checking for buffet meals. This came up in the search. DO NOT VISIT HERE if you want a buffet meal. Wife and I ordered food. Wife ordered the Aberdeen Angus steak with sweet potato fries. I ordered the steak meal. And a surprisingly pleasant bean Tea. Soups came out.. wife's fries came out. My set meal steak came out. Then wife's steak came out. The service staff are great. It's the Kitchen staff. The meal did not come out as 1. My set meal. My wife's steak and sweet fries. What annoys me the most is this place has mirrors, So I could see the kitchen staff sitting down. And unlike every other place I have eaten in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 it has a 10% service charge.

Overall, a very disappointing experience!

Came here becoz of its 4.1 rating, but it was a major letdown!!! 😓😓😓

Pasta was OK, but the daily soup was worse than canned Campbell’s… The spring chicken was shockingly dry… only the side potato wedges tasted OK Nachos, supposed to be the easiest dish, didn’t seem to taste fresh from a pack.. they made Doritos taste like gourmet…the nachos, cheddar cheese and avocado sauce tasted cheap and apparently from a low quality supermarket brand 🤢

Apparently, the restaurant is trying to cut costs to offset low business volume—but that’s a vicious cycle… You don’t win customers by cutting corners; you win them by delivering quality… Skimping on ingredients only drives more customers away! If the food doesn’t impress, no amount of cost-cutting will...
